New Game room with Ping pong and Foosball ready for 2023! Come visit Door County and experience the quaint and historic Village of Ephraim. This gorgeous 3,000 square foot home is custom painted with vaulted ceilings and light-filled spaciousness. It is located near forest and water exploration opportunities, hikes, or a magical ride on the Sunset Trail in Peninsula State Park. 3 Suites with adjoining living areas allow for privacy and The large great room and dining room area allow for everyone to come together. Situated on a wooded private lot with 2 car attached garage, fire pit, grill, outside sitting area, and 2 decks, surrounded by perennial gardens and wild flowers. Nature abounds, abundant bird watching, and dark night sky for star gazing are just a couple activities you can enjoy in this beautiful natural setting.
Five 50 inch TVs and three sound bar set ups, two with additional bass speaker, exist to allow for your entertainment and music enjoyment. There is a new pack and play and high chair, aero bed and a single mattress to deploy from closets as needed. There is a Tesla generation three destination charger in the garage for your use. My goal is to have your stay here be extraordinary🦋

We had a phenomenal week at this beautiful home. Luke has literally thought of everything to make his guests’ stays enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked, everything worked perfectly, the water was soft, the location was awesome (walking distance to Ephraim) and the internet was fast. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, the grill and walking through the nearby Ephraim Preserve.

It was beyond our expectations. The comfort, amenities, information and location were phenomenal. We are making plans for next year. It was a welcoming, cozy and comfy atmosphere. It was clean, organized and had safety features important to us seniors. We were 84, 77 and 71 as guests.

Amazing stay!

This house is in the perfect location! A super secluded feel just minutes from both Sister Bay and Ephraim. The house was fully stocked with towels, soaps, and everything you could imagine in the kitchen. It was clean and spacious. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again!

Friends weekend getaway

Perfect home to stay for 3 couples. Luke was excellent from the moment we booked. The communication from him was the best I’ve had from a rental host. The attention to detail was great. A bonus was all the wildlife we saw everyday out side our windows (birds, turkeys, rabbits). The location of this home central to all door county has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for four nights with our family (6 guests). An excellent property in private, wooded surroundings with birds, chipmunks, squirrels and wild turkey to watch through our bedroom window! Cleanest most well stocked property we have seen

We had 3 couples and this home was perfect. It has 3 suites each w a king bed & bathroom.Owner maintains the property with perfection & well stocked with everything you would need. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and never seen one this nice. Outdoor porch has nice cushions for all the chairs. There is an outside fire area, and game room inside. Luke was friendly, helpful & the perfect host.

Very, very comfortable. Luke was an excellent host. Plenty of privacy for each of three families but also lots of 'come together' space. Also overall a great location to everything conceivable in Door County.

I love nature and being close to forests and water, Door County is a dreamland for me. I enjoy sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming in the summer sun. I have worked as a contractor, handyman, & head of maintenance so transforming my own home has been incredibly enjoyable. I live here for 6 months and then go to some family cottages for half the year so I now open my home here at VRBO. My goal is to provide a gorgeous extraordinary space that has you eagerly anticipate your next visit. Come to the heart of Door County, historic and quaint Ephraim.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home has privacy for may groups to gather and close off doors for three separate areas. The idea is to have this space be art, original art on the walls all around, and a simple, cozy feel.
