This home is conveniently located on one of the best recreational lakes that Door County has to offer. Explore the lake with the paddle boat or canoe, or just enjoy time relaxing by the fire pit. This property has 2 bedrooms and can host a maximum of 6 people.

Water Access:
+ Great swimming for all!
+ Rock wall shoreline with sandy bottom
+ Dock for easy water access (water level is about 1-4 feet at end of dock depending on water level)
+ Dock installed seasonally, dates fluctuate typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day
+ Guests can bring a boat with prior approval

Bedroom 2 – 2 sets of bunk beds

There is a 6 person maximum, this includes overnight guests and day guests. This is a bylaw of the condo association and must be followed.

Pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and glassware
No dishwasher

Bathroom:
Walk-in shower, toilet and sink

Surrounding Area:
Clark Lake is the primary recreational lake in Door County providing great fishing, skiing, tubing and boating. Our cottage is located down the road from White Dunes State Park and Cave point County Park.

Our favorite place to eat is at Wild Tomato in Fish Creek for the wood fired pizza!

A must is to hike Peninsula State Park. Also, a great day trip is taking the ferry across Death’s Door to explore Washington Island.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Home Truths:
This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
