Quiet and secluded yet walking distance to the beach and Ephraim town center!
Quiet home nestled in the cedars of Ephraim. Babbling brook runs through the backyard with deer and turkey visiting often, yet walking distance to the beach, heart of Ephraim and the entrance to Peninsula state park is right down the road! Truly a home to relax in after exploring all of what Door County has to offer. This home is monitored by exterior security cameras.
Great location!Spacious!Clean!Great communication by hosts! All amenities needed on site!Comfortable beds!Nautical design!Would recommend and stay again in the future!
My Husband and I rode our motorcycles from Montana. Met up with my mother in law and her sister. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the house was perfect for our needs . Short walk to the beach and shops . First time in Door County, canât wait to come back !!
A huge thank you to Jason and Tami for making our trip so comfortable and very enjoyable. The property is located perfectly for the sites that we wanted to see. Zero complaints. We had everything we needed and enjoyed every moment. Thank you again!
Our stay was great. Location to Ephraim was just a short walk. We didn't spend much time in the rental except for evenings and quick stops to change before our next Door County adventure. Everything we needed was there. Great for 4 adult girlfriends to catch up after years apart!
We found this home to be very clean, nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked. Not far from the main highway, but the area was very quiet. The hosts were easy to work with. No complaints!
We gad a quiet and clean stay. The home comfortably fits 5 people (two in two beds and 1 in pull out). As noted in the listing, the beds are in the upstairs loft, so there isn't much privacy throughout the space, but we were able to make it work just fine. The location is a close drive to Sister Bay and having two full bathrooms is a plus! Check-in was easy and host was easy to reach via the app.
Perfect for a Door County getaway. Immaculate and new! Full kitchen with all the amenities. Comfy beds and two beautiful bathrooms. Highly recommend! *****
This was a lovely little find and Iâm so glad we were fortunate to book it over the 4th. It was absolutely the most wonderful escape after long hot days in the fun, but chaotic crazy that is a holiday weekend in Door County. But the quiet location was far from the only highlight - the kitchen seemed very well supplied including plastic dishes and cups for smaller children, there are two bathrooms and two showers making it quick and easy for our group of four to get out the door in the morning, and the central location on the peninsula could not be any better. The neighborhood is safe and easy to walk in the early morning hours while others sleep, and the backyard provides a welcoming sanctuary for a morning cup of coffee or late evening bonfire. Lastly, other than a few bugs inside (which is to be expected in the woods), the home is very clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we were in need of accommodations for my husband and I, plus our adult son and his soon to be wife.
The house overall was nice. There are no actual bedrooms so staying here with our children was interesting. Everyone had to get to bed at the same time. The worst part of the house was the smell. If you are sensitive to smells, this is not the house for you. The listing says no smoking but the house had a strong cigarette smoke smell. The first night it rained and the smell was over powering. Honestly, I started looking for hotels to stay in instead. The second night we opened the windows and let it air out for a while and it was better. I would not have booked this place if I had known it had previously been smoked in.
This was place was in a great location, perfect size for a girls weekend(4women) to enjoy wineries and fun in Door Co.
only complaint was it smelled alittle musty and like old smoke otherwise it was a great place for us. Would book again!!
We absolutely loved our stay!! The house is a short walk into town! We went swimming at Ephraim Beach, visited the confectionery and other local spots. We even saw a few bald eagles! The house was very clean and perfect for our family!! The kitchen had everything we needed to make snacks and meals!
nice place to spend a few days
the beds are in a sleeping loft, not separate rooms, no privacy
didn't like the air freshener, that's a personal taste thing tho
Clean, comfortable, and convenient! We enjoyed our stay in lovely Ephraim! The beach, a fudge shop, and a delicious breakfast at The Good Egg were only a short walk away. We would stay here again!
Location was perfect! 10-20 minutes to every place we wanted to visit and then able to enjoy the quiet, peaceful backyard at the house. Would highly recommend and will be back again!
We really enjoyed the stay. Loved the serenity and yet close proximity to everything Door County. Sitting out back in the early evenings just to read a book and enjoy nature was very restorative. Kitchen was well-equipped and the house was comfortable and nicely done.
We went with our daughter and her family. It was so close to everything we wanted but it was so quiet and peaceful. We walked to most places except when going to the Peninsula State Park
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this quiet little home nestled in a small wooded community. We saw a doe and her 2 fawns a vouple of times in the nackyard and the cottage accross the road.
