•Please observe a MAXIMUM of 15mph speed limit when entering the vacation rental premises.

•Maximum of two pets, with each pet weighing no more than 35 pounds. Breeds not allowed: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Akitas, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos.

•ADDT'L ACCOMMODATIONS: Three additional properties are available on-site, each with separate nightly rates:
i) 3-bedroom for 7 guests
ii) 2-bedroom for 6 guests
iii) studio for 4 guests.

-Kitchen: Salt and Pepper | 2 rolls of paper towels | dishwasher tablets/liquid | liquid dish soap | 1 Sponge | miscellaneous cookware and utensils
-Laundry: laundry detergent pods/liquid
-Bathroom: Tub/shower - typically provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion.

The property offers common access to the spring feed creek, the sauna, firepits, yard games (bocce ball, golf toss, and corn hole), parking, and a huge yard with picnic pavilion. Three of the properties have private decks/patios and fire pits for the exclusive use of the renting guests of that property.

Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. 2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include a $79 Damage waiver paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.
2.1 PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.

3. If you are traveling during the Winter season, we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.

Great stay!

Quiet, peaceful setting. Very picturesque along the creek, out in the country (about 15 min drive into Kalispell). My teenage/adult kids enjoyed the sauna and paddle board. We drove into Glacier 4 different days. Great trip!

A Well-stocked Comfortable Getaway

Loved the sauna, canoes, and other amenities of the place. While a little off the beaten path requiring driving on some gravel roads, it was a comfortable space for everyone to enjoy!

The house was as advertised. John came out and made sure we knew all the details and checked with us by phone to make sure everything was going well during our visit. That was much appreciated because this was the first time we have ever used a VRBO. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed and expect Better

The location was good, house had a lot of space. We were disappointed in the quality and quality of supplies in kitchen (glasses, plates, pans ect..) the coffee maker was not working properly. 3 out of 4 mattresses were very old and not comfortable. Worst then college dorms. Disappointed and Not enjoyable.

Great spot!

Was a very nice area. Close to everything in the valley (within 20 minutes) but nice and private. Facilities and grounds were nice. Somewhat disappointed in the creek. Water was nice, but creek bed is just mud and weeds. Not very good for swimming/wading in the water,. But the canoes, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and paddle boat were fun to take out and paddle around on the calm water. Didn't get a chance to use the barrel sauna, but it looked great.

Wonderful Stay!

The property is exactly as pictured. Denise was VERY responsive to all of our needs and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. She even left us fresh eggs, biscuits, and jam to enjoy. My daughter (2 at the time) loved following the chickens around. The location was nice and secluded (with beautiful views) but also not too far from Glacier Park, grocery stores, breweries, etc.
