You can explore the nearby pond and embark on endless trails leading to mesmerizing waterfalls, Giant Sequoias, Quaking Aspen, and awe-inspiring views! Don't forget to check out the backyard featuring a fun treehouse with a foosball table and your very own zipline!  Fun for the whole family!

With three cozy bedrooms and a futon, this cabin provides a comfortable space for the entire family. The deck serves as a perfect spot to relax throughout the summer, enjoy barbecues, and soak in the breathtaking vistas. During the winter months, you can take advantage of the gentle slopes on the property and engage in sledding or snowshoeing just steps away! As the cabin owner is a first responder, this retreat holds a special significance, making it a true oasis.

Ponderosa is a remote location and we highly advise you plan ahead with maps, groceries and other necessities.

This is a pack-it-in, pack-it-out property. Please prepare to pack your trash out with you when you go. ** If trash is left behind inside the home, there will be a $100 fine **

House Rules:

1. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.

2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 8. Pets are allowed, $100 pet fee each. 2 well-behaved dogs max, which must be accompanied by an owner or in a crate, never left alone.

3. No parties! Please respect our occupancy limit. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, games, etc.), and provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Always clean BBQ after use to avoid any unexpected visitors.

6. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. Please don't book this house if you don't agree with the rules.
