The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures and equipment) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need to collect a traditional security deposit ($3000 security deposit if you waive the damage insurance). You do have the option to pay the $3000 security deposit in lieu of insurance--VRBO refunds the deposit within 14 days of check-out, minus any damage deductions.
