Amazing location in the heart of Breckenridge!!! Enjoy ski-in access on the 4 oâclock run and the FREE shuttle at the complex entrance or walk to the gondola two blocks away. With a short one-block walk to main street, dining and shopping are at your fingertips. Summer brings easy access to trails for hiking and biking. With the windows open you can enjoy the calming creek just outside the front door.
Condo Features: The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances to make aprĂšs-ski snacks or a full family meal! The dining area has a dining room table that seats six and thereâs room for four more at the counter. The living room includes a gas fireplace, large tv, and DVD player. Each bedroom includes a tv for individual relaxation. Games and movies are available for use. Off the living room area is a patio to enjoy the summertime sun or fresh winter air. Enjoy a mountain view from the deck and bedroom. The Sawmill Creek complex also features two shared hot tubs and a shared gas grills next to a picnic area. The condo also comes with ONE parking spot in the covered parking area.
SLEEPS 6: - Bedroom 1: two queen beds, flat-screen TV, private attached bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. (sleeps 4) - Bedroom 2: King bed, flatscreen TV, private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. (sleeps 2)
SPECIAL UNIT NOTES â PLEASE READ: - Two indoor hot tubs available for use year-round - NO Pets/Smoking - A $250 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at the time of booking - Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. - Parking: ONE parking space in the covered parking area â one space total. A parking pass is required and located in the condo at arrival. Overflow parking can be found in the adjacent Breckenridge public parking lot, Ice Rink lot or on Airport road. Lot information can be found at Breckpark.com. Please return the parking pass to the condo. Failure to do so will lead to a $100 charge. - Mountain air does not require air conditioning. Fans are included in the condo for use.

3 HS friends from 1960, all in our late 70s we live in GA,VA & CO. Condo was outstanding, well appointed, immaculate, comfortable and perfectly situated. Breck is so much fun and the condo location had us at an easy walk to everything. The sound of the creek running through the property added a lovely Colorado touch! Would choose this condo again in a heartbeat!!
Great location for skiing and visiting downtown Breck
We loved thee short walk to the gondola in the morning, being able to ski back on thee 4 o'clock run, and being able to walk downtown for dinner so we didn't need to search for parking.
Overall wonderful stay and experience working with the host! Place was just as described. Exceptionally clean. Great quality unit and property. One block from downtown. Easy parking. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and enough toilet paper provided - a nice touch that you donât always get at other places. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly recommend and stay there again. Just one thing to be aware of if you stay during the summer. Although the outside day temps were nice in the mid 70s, the inside temps of the unit remained a little high for our preference. When we first entered the unit the digital actual temp reading on the thermostat read 84 degrees. For most of our stay the thermostat read between 74-84 degrees. Thereâs no a/c in the unit. Opening all the windows helped a little, particularly at night, but only when breezes were present. One tower fan is provided in the unit. Admittedly, I did not contact the host about the inside temps and any tricks to lower beyond the typical approaches like opening all the windows. But, even with the elevated inside temps we still loved the place and would highly recommend.
We throughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The renovations were done very nice and it had a very cozy feel. Main Street is right across the street and we loved walking a few blocks to dinner every night. The ski lifts are close too - you can walk to the Gondola or Snowflake lift, but we found it easier to grab a free bus from the bus stop that is right at the condo building. I am a very picky renter about cleanliness and the cleanliness of this condo was great. We loved the tile floor and the bathrooms and kitchens were spotless! Overall super clean condo, walkable to everything and a great size for our family of four!

Our condo was spotlessly clean and in an unbeatable locationâjust one block from Main Street and a quick five-minute walk to everything. Itâs right across the street from Christy Sports and near two bus stops, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in Breckenridge. The gondola is less than five minutes away by bus or on foot, and we loved being able to ski home via the 4 OâClock Trailâno waiting in lines at the end of the day!The host was extremely responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. It truly is the best of both worldsâconvenient to Main Street but with easy access to the slopes. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Breckenridge!
Family of 5 with 3 kids ages 8-14. Location was fantastic. One street from Main Street. Super easy walk to dinner and shops. We opted for gold express bus each morning which picks you up out front of condominium complex and takes you directly to peak 7,8 and Nordic center. Town app has an estimate on arrival. Very convenient. Ski in off the 4 o clock run was also a great perk. Could enjoy lunch at the place. Lori was an excellent host. Prompt responses to any questions. She even worked with us to get in a little early once her cleaning staff finished. Place was very comfortable. Lots of space and everything you need to be home away from home. Would absolutely rent again without hesitation.
Attending a family event in town we found this to be a very nice, comfortable and convenient apartment. It is well maintained, all the comforts for living and cooking and close to town.

If you are wanting a place convenient for walking into town and never getting back in your car, this is it! It is even very easy to walk to the sawmill reservoir hike, which is one of the prettiest and family friendly hikes in the area!
