This top-floor, 939-square-foot condo is both contemporary and comfortable, offering a washer/dryer to refresh your snowy or dusty clothes each evening, a private balcony, and a gas fireplace to warm you as you watch the 42-inch HDTV, read a book from the shelves, or play a board game with your loved ones. You'll also have access to on-site amenities that include a large outdoor pool, a gym, and multiple hot tubs - all within steps of historic Main Street and the base of Peak 9.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the foot of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

Things to Know
There is no air conditioning.
The two twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a king-size bed upon request.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spacious condo with everything!

We had a wonderful stay at the VRBO. I was so impressed and felt welcomed the moment we opened the door! Beds were very comfortable and condo was super clean. Plenty extra blankets and pillows. Ideal location to walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful view and loved waking up to sunlight shining in the windows. The condo had all the necessities plus the thoughtfulness of many extras, like humidifiers! We stayed during late spring so the complex was not busy and we basically had the pool to ourselves. I would recommend this VRBO and would definitely stay there again!

Short trip to Breck

The location is great, you’re on Main Street so it was easy to access the river and all of the shops. Free parking in the garage, and easy check in process.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

We loved this property. It has a little wow factor with the open space, fireplace and view. It felt fresh and modern and for two people the perfect little home for a few days. Easy walk to the town and the supermarket and access to the local pool and hot tubs was just awesome. I would 100% return and recommend it as a base for anyone visiting the area.

This is the 4th or 5th time we stay with Vacasa at Main Station. We keep returning to Main Station every other year because we really love the property, but this time around, it was not what we were used to. The apartment was very clean in terms of dust and general housekeeping when we arrived but it had a lot of issues: 2 windows didn't open (broken) and it was hard to keep the apartment cool. The left faucet in the master's bathroom and the shower head are falling off. We did report all the issues and nothing was fixed during our stay (we were there for 2 weeks). The closets were full of linens, pillows, comforters and blankets and we had no space for our clothes. The white sofa on the living is beyond dirty, same with the entrance bench, and the carpet in the living room is full of holes. One of the drawers in the fridge is broken. One humidifier was broken and was replaced. So as you can see, it's a lot. Hope you get the time to fix all these issues.

Cute and Compact, but needs some TLC

Location was fantastic for wandering around Breckenridge or jumping on the free Trolley that runs all summer, and the amenities were great for our three teen girls. They loved the heated pool and the hot tubs! There was loud noise and music from the bar/club across the street, but it usually quieted down around 11pm. It was annoying, but not terrible. To say this place has a balcony or deck is a major stretch. There is a door that opens, but no room for a chair or to walk outside. It's more of a ledge with a rail. The condo was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc., but many were chipped and scraped up, and if you're with more than 2-4 people, you'll have to wash things each day to have enough for everyone. The space is laid out nicely, but it is quite compact. For the price, we would probably find something less expensive, or slightly larger, when we return.

Beautiful place in great location

It was beautifully decorated, spacious apartment with plenty of storage. Very clean with everything we needed. Great location to Main Street, shops and restaurants. Recommend it to my family and friends and will be returning to enjoy again.

Great stay, awesome location

This was a great place for our family to stay during our time in Breckenridge. The location was perfect. Once we parked, we didn’t drive our car for two days! The pool and hot tubs were great also. We had a beautiful view from our balcony.

5 STAR LOCATION

This condo is perfect for a family of 4-5 depending on kids ages. One bedroom is a king bed and the other is two twins. The main living space is the perfect size but the overall best part is the location of this condo. Literally on the corner of Main St. - we LOVED it!

Great Updated Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was perfect for our family of four. While it is a little smaller than some of the other two bedroom, two bath condos in the same property, it is updated and very well laid out so it does not feel small at all. Others mentioned the noise as it faces the street and it does get loud, especially closer to the weekend during peak season but we used sound machines and it was no problem. We would stay in this condo again.

This place has it all!

We loved this place! The furnishings were nice, it had a beautiful view of the city and the mountains from all windows, and it had a washer/dryer, comfy beds, beautiful modern bathrooms plus a lot of storage space. Particularly desirable was its location—within steps of great restaurants and shopping and only blocks from numerous other eating establishments and stores. It has a wonderful, huge pool surrounded by hot tubs and a well-equipped fitness center with an indoor hot tub. And more importantly, it is only a five to seven minute walk to the lift once you pick up your skis, boots, and poles from a secure, well-staffed place, compliments of Main Street Station.

Updated Main Street Station unit

3rd stay- great location (easy walk to base of peak 9/ski school for younger kids), nicely updated unit, hot tubs/pool on property with nice view of mountains (2 buildings over, close); in town, so easy access to many restaurants. We love the location of main st station. Only negative is that it can be very loud at night- but that would be true for any unit in the buildings that are at the base of mtn AND in town but the fantastic location is well worth the trade off for us so it’s our favorite place to stay. Also has a front desk, can get groceries delivered (we use At Your Breck & Call) and don’t need a car which are all nice perks.

Very clean and modern with everything you need. Awesome location. We added an extra sled in closet. Walk to Carters park to use. Fireplace is great. Beds are comfortable. Outside night noise is not noticeable with white noise. Loved it!

Great location

Beautiful place, very clean, easy check in and out process. I would also say the beds are not comfortable and the bar across the street was extremely loud so actual good sleep, was not had by any of us either night. (With the windows all closed the noise was still bad) But everything else was very good.

Trade off great location for some late night noise

Beautifully appointed condo in great location! Even with closed windows the street noise from late night party goers was modestly disruptive. . I would imagine during summer with open windows ( no air conditioning in these units) it would be more disturbing.
