These urban homes are clean, well-appointed, and sustainabe—low-odor cleaning, no synthetic fragrances, real furniture (no bean bags or blow up furniture). Each home we host has 100% cotton high thread count sheets and natural fiber linens. Each home is professionaly cleaned by Simply Organized and Clean, a local non-corporate woman owned cleaning company here in Greensboro. Each of our homes is services by Go Forth Pest Control and has well thought out details that we hope will make you feel like you are staying with a good friend or cherished relative. Watsucker Urban Farm brings community, training students with learning differences in life skills. Joy’s former special ed teacher roots add care, and as a licensed NC real estate agent, she’s ready to help you buy or sell a home. Eric and Joy reside in the brick house on the corner of Wendover and Grayland so we are two doors up the hill from this home.
