We are 6 min to Pier Park and 10 min to 30A

Stock Tank Pool is being added Jan 2024. Will be available from May -October. It is 8ft around 2 ft deep. Pool will not be heated.

We have 2 designated parking spots that can fit 4 cars.

Minimum Age to book is 21 (must be 21 by date of check-in)

No more having to fight crowds to secure your personal sugary sand beach area or having to be 3+ rows back from the water!

This spacious beach home features five comfortable bedrooms, providing ample accommodation for larger groups or families. With three bathrooms, guests can enjoy convenience and privacy during their stay. The three-story layout creates a sense of space and allows guests to have separate areas for relaxation and entertainment.

Inside the beach home, you will find well-appointed living spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. These spaces are designed to make guests feel at home and provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Outside, the beach home boasts a beautiful patio area, and 2 decks with the 3rd deck having peekaboo gulf views.

Great experience! Highly recommend

We had 10 plus an infant staying. The house was very comfy and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the balconies and outdoor sitting area. We used them a lot. Very short barefoot walk to the beach. Quiet area. No traffic noise. This was a great place to stay.

Wonderful home for large groups!

The pictures don’t do it justice. This property has everything you could want for a vacation rental. Short, easy walk to the beach. Nice outdoor area with seating and corn hole. Kitchen was well stocked with tools. Amazing layout for large groups. We had a fantastic trip and will definitely stay at this home again.

Great beach vacation

This was one of the cleanest homes we’ve ever rented. It was well-stocked, recently updated, and better yet right across the street from the beach (super uncrowded by the way)! So easy to pop back and forth. The house was perfect for our whole family. We had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped with every item we needed, the beds were also extremely comfy, which is hard to find in a rental! We also were surprised to have some beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Great place!

The house is super clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. The only suggestion is the parking lot is a little dark. It could use some kind of lighting. The public beach access across the street is nice and not crowded.

My husband Clayton and I have been married for 8 years. We live in a small town an hour north of Atlanta, Ga.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is our second home that we frequent often. We absolutely love it being on the quiet end ( West end is the best end). We love being a quick 2 min stroll to the beach. And having quick access to everything PCB and 30A! Best of both worlds i'd say! Our beach access #77 is the quietest. Even in the middle of summer our beach may only have like 8 other families on it! Everyone gets direct water access, Can't beat it!

The Convenience to the beach, dining , shopping, and local adventures were a big factor in selecting our beach house! We fell in love with the open floor plan as we host friends and family often. The house has an ocean view at the third level loft area and has a great outdoor living area for gathering. We immediately purchased this home and renovated it to make it beautiful! Everyone will love the area of Panama City Beach in Laguna!
