Welcome to Legends by the Sea, located right off the sandy white beaches of Panama City Beach, it's the perfect place to relax and take it easy with the whole family. Legends by the Sea offers all you need for your getaway, along with a private fenced in, heated pool and beach access, it was designed for family vacations. Located just 300 feet from the beach - that's just 120 steps which takes about 60 seconds to walk. You're so close, you can hear the waves lapping at the shoreline!

On the first floor you will find the sleek, modern designed, fully furnished kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and granite counters, along with everything you need to prepare for those family meals. The bar tops easily seat four guests along with the dining table that can seat up to eight. Next to the kitchen you will find the living area with a big screen tv and the inviting couch, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

One master suite is located on the first floor with the other on the second floor, each includes their own private baths with elegantly tiled showers and granite counters with him and hers sinks. The second floor master includes a balcony, a great little outdoor getaway space. In addition, the second floor also includes two other bedrooms each with king beds, a bunk room that features four beds and a shared bathroom that features a double sink vanity and shower.

You will fall in love with the inviting backyard, completely fenced in, it features a covered patio and pool. Grill out with the family while the kids swim in the pool and soak up the sun! Before you head into the house after a long day at the beach be sure to wash off and cool down with the outdoor shower.

If you are wanting to explore the PCB area, Legends by the Sea is a perfect location. It is right off of Thomas Drive, Legends by the Sea offers a quick drive to some of the best restaurants in the area and is convenient to grocery stores and other shopping. If you are looking for a more naturalistic or secluded beach experience during your trip, St. Andrews State Park is a short hop down Thomas Drive or if boating is your thing, rent a pontoon and explore the bay or go deep sea fishing, all located at Captain Anderson's Marina is just minutes away.

Legends by the Sea has it all, just bring yourself and your guests and get ready for the beach and sunshine!

**Pool heat is an additional charge per week. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature and that if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temperature is at least 55 degrees consistently.
Special notes: Pool fountain only comes on in spa mode after pool heat has been purchased.

We were very pleased with the house & its location, such a short walk on a quiet street to the beach. And, the beach access had been redone, no stairs and trek decking. I stay at EnSoleil for a sisters trip every August, so I know what it was like last year. The only problems we had were with the disposal & the pool security alarm on the back door. You could not deactivate it and the loud alarm was annoying. Blue Swell came quickly to take care of both of the problems. I would highly recommed this house.

Minor details kept me from giving 5 stars all the way across.......our bed was uncomfortable to me (but may be OK for others.....I like a firmer mattress), the “pool alarm” was annoying; the button outside didn’t work, but I understand the safety feature, and finally, we arrived at the house maybe 30 minutes before check-in time and couldn’t get in until 4(this is the first time in over 30 years we’ve had to wait until actual check-in time....always been allowed in if cleaned and ready, early). Despite these very minor details, I would continue to rent this property or any other Blue Swell rentals.

Excellent House!

House met all of our needs. There was a heavy amount of dust on the walls (may have sat empty for a bit), but this didn’t bother us. The public access to the beach was closed, so we drove down to a different access. Loved the experience and will be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was overall a nice place to stay. The biggest issues were the terrible beds in the two smaller rooms...need box springs and mattresses replaced asap!! Also the air conditioning upstairs in those rooms were sub par. Would have been a more comfortable downstairs with better furniture. Some basic upgrades would move the home to a “great” place to stay. A bonus would be not having to pay extra for the heated pool.

Best Beach House So Far

It is close to our fave restaurant Pineapple Willy’s. House has a pool, not a big pool but it suited our needs. House layout was perfect but location was the best, a very short walk to the beach via public access point. The house fit our big family perfectly. Definitely recommend this place if you have a big family and you want to make it memorable.

May Stay

Location was great, pool looks small but for the number of people who stayed it is good. There are definitely not enough pans for cooking if you plan of doing much of that. The kitchen could definitely use new cookware and utensils. The air downstairs was out the 1st day we were there but when still out the next morning Blue Swelll sent someone out and they were there and fixed it quickly. Was skeptical when we first pulled up because there was a shirtless man on the balcony installing columns and Blue Swell knew nothing about it. He was really nice and I assume they figured it out amongst themselves. Our stay was great and we did not want to go home. Would rent this house again.

Great for large family vacay

Large property that with ample space for extended family gathering. We had plenty of space for everyone.The pool and covered outdoor patio off the living area was the perfect design for our family-some people inside, some folks outside, but everyone still together. Steps from the beach so we could come and go without having to make a huge beach set-up everyday. Property is showing some wear and tear in upstairs shared bath, street noise is common, backyards back up to multiple neighbors so you can hear others, surrounding area businesses and homes are an interesting mix of Americana. But, overall, we were very comfortable in this home and made many happy memories with our PCB vacay. :)

Home away from home

House was steps away from the beach. Very clean, updated and welcoming! The pool was the kids favorite part! I would definitely book again!!!!!

First Family Trip in Years

This is a BEAUTIFUL home and its proximity to the beach is EXCELLENT. This was our first family trip in a few years and our first time in PCB. Over the years we have spent much time in Destin/Sandestin area. This house was perfect and held the ten of us comfortably. The pool is a nice touch and the kids did enjoy it although the weather was a bit cool. The contact person was GREAT with communication and everything is available digitally so the info can be shared easily with your group. Parking was great and accommodated 3 large vehicles. Beds were comfortable and PLENTY of towels were provided! Many nice touches. A wonderful time was had and definitely would stay here again.

Plenty of room inside and outside. As we spent most of our time around the pool. The only thing missing are card games and or outside games to play. I have recommended this rental to two different famiky & friends.
