Be our Guest! Traveling worker, Couple, Friends, Small Family- this is the perfect spot. Our spacious home is conveniently nestled between Downtown and Midtown. Its location is second to none with access to interstates going North, South, West, & East within a 1 minute drive. Walking distance from Midtown Crossing and 5-10 minute drive from Blackstone, The Old Market, Henry Dooley Zoo, & Concert venues.

Great Price

Stay was good. The parking was kind of a mess out in front of the building, they do have a private parking space in the back but someone was blocking the entrance to it. Great space overall

Great spot!

Im hesitant to give a great review only because I do not it booked when I go back to Omaha! I plan on returning to this property several times a year! The property manager was fantastic!

Property needs some attention

We stayed here to visit our son and we had a very different experience than other reviews. Teayanna was wonderfully responsive, and the property needs a lot of attention. Cold air came through space around windows and doors so the bedroom was not comfortable. Many things were run down (like couch) or broken (faucets initially did not work; kitchen drawers; coffee maker). Stairs from the back parking area are truly dangerous. This property did not work at all for us. Teayanna was great-- property was not.

Heartland Dual wrestling tournament '24

I was there working in Council Bluff just across the river. The inside of the apt was fabulous! Check in was easy/ as well as checj out. All instructions were emailed and texted to me before my arrival. Overall, very nice and hostess was easy to communicate with. Kyle

Stayed for the College World Series

Teayanna was fantastic from the start! My dad and I stayed at the property, and we loved it. About 1 mile from the old market area and from the CWS stadium. The property had everything we needed. A couch is the third spot for people to sleep (a queen bed and couch). Teayanna was incredibly responsive and helpful (dropped off more k-cups 30 minutes after we asked for more)! Thank you!

Clean, easily accessible

My son and I had a short 4 day stay. We were comfortable. Had tv access and bed was comfortable enough for our stay. Lots of space for my son to play.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property has been a part of Omaha's history since 1888. It gives insight into how this great city once was and we can see how far we've come. The inside of the property retains much of the origin charm, but has had several updates to ensure tenant comfort. Our rental also has a location second to none as it sits only a few minutes from the most lively parts of Midtown and Downtown Omaha. This brings the benefit of having quick access to events, restaurants, etc., while also being able to come back to a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. For travelers interested in cooking for themselves, there is a large local grocery store on the corner, a mere 3-4 minute walk from our rental.

I fell in love with this building and this space because of how its unique, rustic original design flows so beautifully with the modern additions that creates a peaceful, yet welcoming and homey energy. It feels as if the home has been passed down to you personally from previous generations. Additionally, with a back patio and front porch, it is incredibly enjoyable to sit outside enjoying the city view or the neighborhood view with frequent occurrences of dogs and their owners walking by.
