Located directly on the oceanfront, First Light offers unbeatable panoramic views of the Atlantic from nearly every room. Step out onto multiple furnished decks to bask in the sunshine, enjoy morning coffee with a sea breeze, or dine al fresco as the sun sets. The main deck features built-in seating and outdoor furniture, while a lower dune-level deck puts you even closer to the waves. A private beach walkway makes ocean access effortless—perfect for barefoot strolls, surfside play, or watching dolphins glide by.

Inside, the open-concept living area welcomes you with vaulted ceilings and walls of windows that flood the space with natural light and spectacular views. Just a few steps up, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area overlook the ocean as well—ideal for enjoying every meal with a front-row seat to the sea. A built-in ice maker keeps your beach drinks perfectly chilled.

On the main level, you’ll find a cozy bedroom and a full bath with accessibility features like grab rails and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the ocean-view primary suite is a serene retreat with its own private balcony and en suite bath. A third bedroom and nearby hall bath offers additional space for family or friends. Tucked away on the top floor, the spacious fourth bedroom doubles as a fun lounge and bunk-style hangout, perfect for kids, teens, or anyone young at heart.

When returning from the beach, make use of the convenient rinse-off station on the main deck walkway or head down the side stairs to enjoy the roomy enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a dressing area .
