Oceanfront 5 chambre / 3. 5 salles de bain avec plancher inverse (cuisine et chambre à coucher principale au dernier étage). La maison est chargée avec ascenseur, machine à glaçons, feuillus partout, 2 douches extérieures et 4 présidents de capitaines sur le pont supérieur. Des vues magnifiques sur l'île entière ainsi que sur le Topsail Sound. Accueil dort 12-14. Quatre des cinq chambres donnent sur l'océan. Lit king dans la chambre principale, 3 reines et ensembles de 2 couchettes dans la chambre arrière. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Smart HDTV avec câble et wifi dans chaque chambre. (Pas de boîte à câble dans un lit superposé - uniquement Wi-Fi pour Netflix etc.) Nous avons une connexion Wi-Fi dans toute la maison. La maison a une laveuse et une sécheuse pour les invités à utiliser.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our week here ! We loved that the beach was very private! We had such beautiful views of the sunrise and sunsets. The home was very clean and the elevator was the best ! Owner was quick to communicate with any questions we had. Hope to rent again next year !

Home owners go above and beyond normal to make sure everything is good on your vacation in there home. This was our second year staying in this home and will definitely stay here again next year.

This is our 2nd year staying here and we love the house and the beach. The weather, water and beach were fantastic all week. Dan and Tammi make themselves available if you need them. They really do take care of their guests and the house has just about everything you might need.

Wonderful place

Enjoyed our stay tremendously - elevator is awesome for ease of move-in and move-out. Place was nice and clean and well stocked on the kitchen with kitchen-ware. Beautiful to sit in the top deck and watch the ocean. Only issue we had was couldn’t get propane grill to fire up. But that was minor and we really enjoyed Margaritaville!

Great get away spot

This is a beautiful home and we had an amazing vacation. There was something for everyone; relaxing on the beach, shopping, fishing, kayaking, and so much more. We enjoyed being able to cook meals in the spacious kitchen and being able to take a break from meal prep and go to restaurants near by. The azaleas were in bloom and were gorgeous to see. We had three couples and we were able to each have our on dedicated bathrooms. The elevator was a lifesaver with all of our luggage and groceries. The outdoor shower made for quick cleanup to get any excess sand off. We are from a northern state where it was snowing and around freezing while we were here, the 60-78 degree temperatures were a pleasant change of pace. The owners have thought of everything!

Awesome House & Beat Location on Topsail

I cannot say enough about this house. We have rented in Topsail for 30 years and this is the best house ever! This is our third time in Margaritaville and it is awesome. The location is the best on the south end of Topsail. It is on a private side street so there is little to no traffic. The front is sunny and gorgeous. I paint so we sit below and paint on canvas. The backyard is beautiful with a sodded yard to play, grill, sit, relax... There is a hammock, chairs, grills (both gas and charcoal). It is all hardwood flooring, no carpet is a plus for us and allergies. It is very well laid out and beautifully decorated. This house has everything a traveler would want, a full stocked kitchen, ice machine, two tables for eating or puzzles, a very large island with barstools for eating, socializing, etc. It is a wonderful kitchen and living area combination with so much room. This year we went in Feb and it has a fireplace for ambiance and cozy touch. There are “smart tv’s” in every room. The teenagers love this for Netflix, etc. There is a downstairs den/sitting area with a recliner, a nice modular sofa for the kids to have their own space. BONUS!! We loved all the amenities, bedrooms, hot water heater that never runs out (important with a lot of people). Margaritaville has two outdoor hot/cold showers. One is enclosed under the house and the other is on a large square decking as you come off the private beach walk way. The bedrooms are comfortable, all tastefully decorated, clean and cozy. The 3.5 bathrooms clean and convenient for every room. There are a lot of places to go read a book, there are large captains chairs on the top floor to see over the deck at the views of the ocean. We saw dolphins every day. We found loads of sharks teeth and shells. This spot must be known for surfers as we always catch some surfers late in the afternoon down the beach. Our family had a great time. Tammi and Dan were great to work with and accommodating. We will be back!!

Another great week

Could not have been better from the weather to the stay at the house. If I could change anything it would the hike over the new dunes, but we all managed. This house is easy to entertain different ages without feeling on top of each other. Thank you for sharing.

The house is beautiful and well maintained all ocean front bedrooms was a plus. The kitchen is large enough at least 4 family members were in there at the same time cooking breakfast for our crew. Beautiful beach as well already booked for next summer.

Relaxing Vacation at Margaritaville

Our family of six adults and four children thought this vacation home was awesome. The location is quiet, has the perfect parking set up and has a nice area for grilling and kids to play. The elevator location is perfect with the ability to unload and load you car right from the elevator. The two outdoor showers helped a lot and the men and kids liked showering outside. The interior is spacious with a unique set up where the kids hung out on the second floor. The kitchen is well equipped including in counter ice machine and we prepared most of our meals there. Generous seating for everyone at once and we also loved that we had a second table where we were able to complete four puzzles during our trip. Overall a great experience and the owners were exceptionally responsive. Highly Recommend.

Great Family Beach House

This is a great house! It was the perfect size for eleven family members. With a well-stocked kitchen, we were able to make some wonderful meals. We have rented properties all over the world and rarely find a dining situation where a large group can eat at the same time. This property has two tables which facilitated all of us. The two living rooms gave our younger children a space which was really nice. That said, we have never rented a property where the master bedroom did not have a closet. It was strange to have no hanging space or room to stow a suitcase. We felt it was unfortunate the master bedroom closet was an owner’s closet and locked. It was the same situation in the bedroom with the bunk beds. With four people staying in that room, the closet here was also locked as an owner’s closet. We also found it curious dogs were not allowed in the house because of allergies yet there were two leashes in a drawer. Overall a great house with just a few areas that could be improved.

Awesome house with fabulous views and great amenities!

First off, Tammi is a wonderful host. She responded to all of my questions prior to our trip very quickly. She even recommended a company to rent sheets and towels from (yes, you must either rent or bring all linens). After our trip, we had left behind a very special pair of diamond earrings and Tammi was able to find them and quickly send them back to us. This was above and beyond service and we were extremely thankful. The house is very spacious with lots of room to spread out. The kid's lounge area on the first floor came in very handy and I loved being able to walk directly in my bedroom from the ocean side deck. The first floor actually has two full bathrooms which I didn't see on the floor plans but it was so great to have. The two big kitchen tables and island bar on the were so convenient to have on the second floor and the kitchen was well-stocked with a crock pot, blender and coffee maker (however, we found the coffee maker to be quite finicky). The beach area is fabulous and the surf was perfect for boogie boarding. We saw lots of surfers each day. And the sunrises, oh my goodness. The sunrises were amazing. We did a kayak tour one evening at sunset (highly recommend as it's much cooler than during the heat of the day). The kids fished of the Jolly Roger pier and everyone caught fish. Someone even caught a blue crab. The kids loved the putt putt course that served ice cream which is a very short walk. And, the best meal of the week was at the Beach Shop & Grill. Excellent! And, you have to make a stop at Quarter Moon Books & Gifts. Super cute coffee shop, wine bar, gift shop with live music many nights. We weren't terribly impressed with the other restaurants near the Surf City Ocean Pier. We also ordered a low country boil from Topsail Steamer one night which was a big hit with everyone! Awesome stay in Topsail and highly recommend!

Family trip

We had an amazing week. The location is great and the house is well kept, it exceeded our families expectations. Plenty of room to spread out inside and beautiful views of the beach from the porch. Most relaxing part of the day were evenings spent on the porch with family.

We are from Raleigh, NC. Our family has been going to Topsail Beach for 20 + years. We decided it was time for us to own our own home. We looked and looked but decided to build our dream house. We love it so much!! We hope you will too.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

You will love this house. It is located on a quiet side street (not the main drag). The location is quiet and peaceful and safe for families that enjoy walking, running and biking. The house sits about one half mile from the Jolly Roger Pier, which has shopping, restaurants and beach rentals.
There are three decks and oustside seating on every floor, outside of every bedroom. There is a Smart HDTV in each bedroom with premium cable and/or Wi-Fi (Netflix, Hulu etc.).
There are two outdoor showers. One is located on the deck going to and from the beach, the other is fully enclosed and private, on the ground level in the rear end of the house. Landscape lighting illuminates the stairs and decking in the evenings.
The house is very comfortable and decorated with coastal motifs and bright colors. The elevator is an awesome addition for this large house. The elevator comes in handy when hauling luggage, groceries and laundry. It is also a must have for elderly and handicapped people. My husband loves the ice maker. Always at the beach, stopping for ice was a daily or two day chore and a freezer hog... not anymore. We love the ice machine. We wish we had one at home in Raleigh.
I cannot say enough good things. When you write a review please let me know anything I may have missed.

Beautiful views, walk to marina, boat slip, shops, pier and restaurants, all located blocks from the tiny cute town of downtown Topsail.
Three blocks directly across the street on the west side of the home are several sound and intercostal accesses. These are perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards, if you like to explore the estuaries, sand bars and natural beauty of coastal North Carolina.
