Not What We Expected

The outdoor natural environment was beautiful, however, the home itself was a little cluttered with decorations and personal items so it didn’t really feel like a vacation spot. It felt more like we were staying in a stranger’s home, and therefore we felt a little uncomfortable. We were in Nashville for a wedding and the bride and groom scheduled a driver to pick us up for the event, however because of a glitch in the directions, our driver could not easily find us at the house and we were late to the ceremony. Also, after our stay we never heard anything from the owner asking about our experience or if the accommodations were acceptable for our family. I would’ve expected that they would follow up and at least ask how we enjoyed their rental and if there was anything they could improve upon for future renters. Although the outdoor environment was beautiful, we would not stay there again.

Nashville trip

Overall, we enjoyed staying here. The house was great for our group. We especially enjoyed the large den & kitchen. We had a little trouble with the door lock. The instructions regarding the key could have been more complete. The 3 remotes for the den tv were confusing ( may have been a senior problem) The outside trash had not been emptied & there were maggots in the trash can.

Beauty Right Outside Nashville

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect commuting distance into Nashville for daytime/nighttime activities, but far enough out for some peace and privacy outside the city. Ashley the owner was great to communicate things about the property! The house was cozy and plenty of space for our group to feel comfortable. We would absolutely go back.

Clean, comfortable cabin

This is a very clean, well appointed cabin. Everyone enjoyed the comfortable indoor space. Jay (owner) was great to work with, easy to get in touch with and communicated very well. We were a little disappointed to not be able to use the firepit pictured in the listing but as Jay mentioned it is not listed as an amenity. The nearby Music City Raceway was active from Friday to Sunday and slightly diminished the peace and quiet of the beautiful property. 18 mins to downtown Nashville is accurate made access easy whether driving or taking an Uber. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this cabin and Jay as a VRBO premier property.

An Amazing Cabin

This place was great. Tons a space inside and out. The cabin was beautiful and met all our needs. Great patio deck to sit out on and enjoy the night with family or friends Jay, the host, was amazing. He communicated well and was very informative about the property. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family

Wonderful Stay

This cabin is beautiful and spacious. Roughly 20 minutes from downtown the location is the best of both worlds for privacy with access to downtown night life. We woke up multiple mornings with deer in the front yard. Would stay here again

We loved our trip to Nashville. The property owner, Jay, gave us excellent directions to the house, and directions on how to enter the house. He gave us step by step directions to downtown Nashville and to the 211 Parking Garage, which were spot on. The house was absolutely beautiful! Thank you Jay for helping to make our first trip to Nashville a wonderful weekend.

This host went over and beyond for this family from Texas... Cozy, tons of space inside and out. They went over and beyond to make this a huge surprise when we entered the home with all the love and twinkles of Christmas time... We shall be back! Totally secluded for a true experience of Tennessee.The Price quoted in this listing is for 8 adults Max and 2 kids 13 and under max. you could add 2 more (adults/teens/kids) for an additional $30 a night per person added on to the listed price. No more than 12 individuals (adults/teens/Kids combined) will be allowed on this property at one time please. I am open to conversations about this topic if you meassage me prior to booking . I am a reasonable person and open to unique senarios. Thanks so so much. ((( also the 4th Bedroom is in the LOFT AREA at top of stairs with a Queen Bed and a Bunk Bed , There is no Door to that Loft Bedroom Its Open air But semi-private & 20 foot above the main living room )))If you try to throw any type of group party on this property you will be excorted off the property immediately by law enforcement, and you will be charged a $1000 penalty, and zero refund will be granted. Don't throw group parties at this home!!! Its a Super nice luxury property and we don't want it damaged, also we will be able to see any access via our Guard Gate Cameras at the street and any activity via the exterior cameras all over the 21 acre property. There are NO Cameras or listening devices ANYWHERE on the interior of the home but tons of cameras all over the 21 acres to assure maximum security for us and our guests. This is the safest home in Nashville. Our son's Home is next door to this property. He is a real estate agent. This is a super safe and extremely private property and a super safe & pleasant area of town

Its very country but amazing views and you will fall in love with it. You should have no problems and you will love it as long as our Rules are respected , we won't bother you at all and you will take care of our estate. 2 large barns on the property are wonderful for taking photos outside and around them but they will be locked and there will be no access granted inside the barns please. Feel free to explore the 21 acres and the land is gorgeous for family photos and kids love the land also.
