Un vrai paradis! Près de 100 hectares de vierge, de la propriété privée dans un cadre de type Gatlinburg. Rock sur la porche couvert de cette cabane en rondins impeccablement entretenues qui surplombe collines spectaculaires et un étang privé. Profitez d'un petit déjeuner gratuit avec du pain maison.

Attraper un tour sur l'alligator en début de matinée pour nourrir les troupeaux de dindons sauvages. Profitez de la beauté et la splendeur de paons comme ils errent librement. Observer les cerfs de la maison de l'arbre de deux étages. Poussez votre petit sur une vieille balançoire arbre démodé. Qui a besoin d'une salle de fitness où vous pouvez marcher dans les collines (nous fournissons des bâtons de marche). Un jardinier ou les amateurs d'oiseaux paradis! Qu'est-ce que l'Hôtel Peabody fait avec des canards Evergreen Farm fait avec des oiseaux. Vous ne serez pas en croire vos yeux!

Impeccablement motifs paysagers. Très soigné et propre. Fleurs à gogo à l'été! Piscine en plein air dans le sol pendant des jours d'été paresseux. Salon avec une boisson, un bon livre, ou commencer à écrire votre propre livre. L'endroit parfait pour regarder le coucher du soleil ou le changement des saisons. Couleurs d'automne spectaculaires!

This place is heavenly. So quiet. Peaceful. A great place to unwind and connect with nature. We sat out on the porch and took it all in. We live a fast-paced life and while some unwind at a beach, we prefer the privacy and stillness this place provides. The owner is a wonderful person who made us fresh bread every morning. We didn’t get a chance to visit with her after checking in but she has a story to tell of this place, and we will certainly try get time with her next time. She and her Grandson and his wife live on the property and are very respectful of our privacy. They are the best hosts that go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. We attended some events in the city and it was a 20 minutes drive so not too far out of the way. I could go on…….

You cant say enough about this wonderful place. It is breathtaking. The owner makes you feel like it is an honor to have you visit. She delives freshly baked bread to your door every morning.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed walking around the grounds. .As well as taking a dip in the pool. You’ll also get to see a family of peacocks that roam around the property. On many mornings one was sitting on the porch. It was very kind of the host to leave us breakfast and lunch food as well as fresh bread every morning. It was delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing time, this is this place to stay.

Property NOT as described! The listing is totally misleading! After driving for 3 days across the country, we thought we were going to relax, have privacy, and be able to wash our clothes here. We chose this property because the listing said it was a standalone cabin on 100 acres and it had a washer and dryer with a private pool. None of this was true at all. When we arrive and found out that it was instead a guest house with no washer and dryer, no privacy, and the pool was actually shared with several other people and located a far distance from the home, we tried to cancel immediately and get a refund. Shockingly, we couldn’t get help canceling the reservation from the host who was extremely pushy and overbearing punching my husband in the shoulder repeatedly telling him he must stay. There is no reliable phone or internet service here either to get help! We left first thing the next morning and once we had phone/internet signal we called VRBO explaining the situation and requested a refund. The property has a very skinny and very long driveway making it hard to get in and out. When you take your luggage from your car, you have to walk 1/4 mile to cabin and we had an elderly small dog who can’t walk well. We own many rental properties including short term rentals and we do not misrepresent our properties nor do we force people to stay who do not wish to stay! Photos of property are also older and not honest representation of the property!

This property went above and beyond expectations! The pictures do not do it justice. The fresh bread every morning, the views, peacocks roaming, and just the serene peacefulness make this a place we are already planning to return to in the fall. All the little touches just made it such a lovely stay and it will definitely be a place we always remember fondly.

Peaceful retreat

A wonderful peaceful retreat. We stayed for a few nights and after all the loud hustle and bustle of Nashville (and 107 degree heat), it was nice to relax and take a dip in the pool. All the charm and love of a home is in this place. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were so impressed with the property and cabin! Absolutely stunning! The hosts were very attentive and timely with responses from me. We fell in love with the peacocks that roam the property. The fresh bread that was hung on our door every morning was a special treat! We will be back!

Majestic and beautiful stay

This property is such a treat to stay at! Beautiful 100 acres to explore, wildlife all around and fresh bread in the morning! On top of that, its just a short drive into Nashville. We would definitely stay here again!

Rustic living with all the comforts of home

All the reviews and property description were spot on. You will not be disappointed. Communication with Lucia was fantastic, the property was spotless, and we found everything we needed to cook delicious breakfasts in the morning (fridge full of the things you might need for it). The only tiny hiccup we had is not realizing that the fridge in the cabin did not have a freezer compartment when we did some grocery shopping. If we ever make it back to Nashville, our first choice will be this property.

Words can’t fully capture the beauty of this property, with its winding stone paths and vibrant, thriving greenery stretching in every direction. Peacocks and duck families wander by aimlessly—and during a short walk, we even spotted a group of deer.The cabin is quaint and rustic (with surprisingly amazing water pressure in the shower!) and offered the perfect place to relax after exploring Nashville. The pool, though a little small, was immaculately maintained—just a bit too chilly to enjoy during our stay.What really makes this place special are the thoughtful little touches. A bowl of fresh fruit greeted us on the table (I honestly thought it was fake and nearly warned my kids not to eat the plastic fruit—ha!). It felt like a family member had prepped for our visit, stocking the fridge with cold cuts, cheese, eggs, milk, juice, and more—so thoughtful and appreciated.And finally…the bread. Yes, everyone raves about it in the reviews—and for good reason. Each morning, the friendly groundskeeper drops off a loaf of fresh-baked bread—the kind that’s perfectly light and airy, yet sturdy enough to soak up the last bit of pasta sauce or hold together a sandwich made with the deli cold cuts so thoughtfully stocked in the fridge.Yum! What a joy! This isn’t your average short-term rental—it’s a peaceful, lovingly crafted retreat, decades in the making. Thank you kindly for sharing your paradise with us.

Wildlife Sanctuary!!

Evergreen Farm is phenomenal peaceful getaway. The log cabin is adorable and there are acres abound to walk on as well as a pool the owner opened early because of our request. We brought our 11 month old yellow lab who was in his glory among the peacocks and ducks! Such a unique and special property!

Absolutely Magical Stay – A Hidden Gem!

From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we felt the magic of this stunning private cabin. It’s tucked back on a gorgeous 100-acre property, and the peaceful setting instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. We truly cannot say enough good things about our stay.The cabin itself is incredibly cozy, rustic, and spotless—exactly what you dream of in a cabin getaway. One of our favorite spots was the front porch, which overlooks a serene lake and pool. Every day we were greeted by friendly peacocks who would wander right up onto the porch—such a unique and fun experience!We brought our dogs with us, and this property could not be more perfect for pet owners. There are trails throughout the land, and it felt like our own private nature retreat. The cabin was also stocked with everything we needed, but what really blew us away were the thoughtful touches: when we arrived after a long day of travel, we found fresh eggs, cheese, ham, turkey, yogurt, milk, and orange juice waiting for us in the fridge. And every morning, a loaf of warm, fresh-baked bread delivered to our door. Unreal!The location is ideal—only about 10–15 minutes to downtown Nashville, and we discovered a beautiful hiking spot at Beaman Park.Although the pool wasn’t open for the season, the hosts kindly let us lounge by it, which was still so nice. The owners live on the property but completely respect your privacy—they were available for any questions& lovely people.We have already booked another stay!
