Large, full kitchen with island has plenty of room for multiple cooks. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Private patio from sliding glass doors in master bedroom. Large, screened lanai with plenty of seating is perfect for relaxing with family and friends as you enjoy the view and amazing Florida climate. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer, cabinets, ironing board and iron. This unit offers a 70" TV with Roku in the main room and TVs with streaming capabilities in all bedrooms. YouTube TV (with live sport/network broadcasts and DVR) is included on all TVs. On cooler winter evenings enjoy the gas fireplace in this beautiful vacation get-a-way! Make sure you soak in some sun in the community pool or escape in the hot tub located at the front of the community. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 24 business hours' notice. All items subject to availability. This property is ground floor and has a walk-in shower with separate tub. Garage and Owner's closet are excluded from tenant's use.

Guest Access:
On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award-winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award-winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.

The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the owner has a strict NO PET policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed and approved in advance. For approval, please send a message to the host and we will direct you to the third-party screening which must be completed prior to bringing any service animal onto the premises. If authorized, a photo and vaccine records must be provided prior to bringing the animal onto the premises. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.
