Downstairs King en suite has private bathroom and closet.

Upstairs, two spacious King bedrooms share a bathroom. One with panoramic water views and direct balcony access, both with access to the expansive upstairs furnished outdoor balcony spaces and viewing decks.

Additional living space downstairs offers a pull out sofa bed together with its own private bathroom.

Minimums stay: Varies by season, typically 4 nights.

Extended stays: For reservations of 28 days or longer, an additional Master Suite with full bath is available.

Owner does not permit guests to tie off a boat to the dock or to board vessels from the dock (dock is at great height from water), unless Owner's expressed permission is granted in advance, please send message to request prior to booking.

Disclosure: This property is located directly along the intracoastal water way, which presents inherent risk of potential falls, injury, even death. Further, neither the seawall nor the dock have guard rails, which poses additional inherent risk for all individuals, but is especially unsafe for children. This area of the property presents an easy opportunity to fall over the seawall or off the dock into moving water or onto dry land below from significant height (at low tide). Guest assumes all liability and risk for themselves and that of their guests.
