The porches provide each bedroom with outdoor living areas. It is a short walk to beach access. The location is convenient to the grocery store.

The house is spacious and the front balcony has a great ocean view. It was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Overall, it's a great place to relax with family and friends.

New Years

The house was beautiful, clean, and a great location. The bedding in the bedrooms makes it hard to truly be 4 bedrooms. There are 4 but a futon in one room and a double in another. This is difficult for 4 couples to sleep comfortably. I reached out to the property manager when we got there about the sleeping situation but he didn't answer til the next morning. There was never anything done to compensate for the inadequate beds even though we had to go purchase an air mattress because a futon is not suitable for 2 adults. I waited to write the review because I thought there maybe delays in communication due to holiday but never received any communication back. With all of this house I would recommend but they need to list size of beds on website or we would have known ahead of time if it was suitable for our group or not.

The decks on both sides of the house were a great place for us to relax. We especially enjoyed the ocean view from the upper front deck. A wonderful family vacation home.

Bright and Airy

Really enjoyed our stay here and Saint Augustine. There is an amazing view from the master bedroom and the master bedroom deck. Would be so great if they had chairs in the master bedroom so you could sit inside up there and Enjoy the view. We improvised, by wiping down the plastic outdoor chairs and brought them in, as it was chilly. They have some parrots hanging in the master bedroom you’ll see them on the pictures but we made great fun of them. They keep an eye on you! Master en suite is large. They could use some new towels maybe bring your own. Things are a little tired but the value in this place is amazing. Bedrooms are great for kids or grandkids and children. Really sweet and I wouldn’t change a thing. They really need a couple of new couches downstairs. Yet it could be because we’re getting older! We set up the kitchen table into an office so we were not able to use it for meals. It would nice if there was an office space available, maybe the downstairs kids room? And with all that being said I would come back. Just a short walk or drive to the beach and what an amazing beach it is. Saint Augustine is incredible. I’d go back there. I could live there.

Great family beach house.

We really enjoyed our stay. Vilano is such a beautiful beach. The house is roomy and so close to all St. Augustine has to offer. The public beach access is close, but their is a much closer neighborhood access to the left. It’s a short walk and the beach and that spot isn’t as busy as the public access.

We enjoyed the house and location tremendously. The only issue was that one bed was a full size and details stated 1King and 2Queens. The only suggestion I would have is that there should be some information for the TV. Those of us that are older and only have Comcast with local networks have a difficult time navigating Roku.

We rented this house as a last minute emergency when our rental had electrical failure. Derrick was gracious enough to answer our late evening plea and let us move into house middle of night had we not we would have lost $400 worth of groceries. The house is amazing with attention to detail and the decor is fun and inviting! The views and sunrise from balconies is breathtaking. Beach access is very close across the street and convenient with showers and bathrooms at beach access if needed. The beaches are not crowded. You can tell the owners take pride in their home and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook family meals! Very clean and lots of special touches we were not expecting! Lots and lots of space for gathering l! We really enjoyed the stocked game cabinet! I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting this area. You won’t be disappointed!!

Reach the Beach

Nice view of bay and ocean, great patios outside every room, a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, fast internet. The only hiccups were the prior guests had been very messy and the cleaning crew ran past the check in time, but we were lucky they were there since the prior guest didn't put the key in the lock box.
