Skiers and snowmobilers, welcome! Riverview Retreat Main House is for groups looking for a one-of-a-kind property to make lifelong memories and experience all that Winter in New England has to offer.

Just 2 hours from Boston, we are less than 15 minutes from Loon Mountain and also accessible to Cannon Mountain and Waterville Valley. We have direct access to snowmobile trails from the property. After your adventure, come back and lounge in the hot tub and take in the incredible mountain views.

The Space

Riverview Retreat has both a Main House and 2-Bed Guest House. For this listing, you will only have access to the main house. But you will have access to all of the other amenities on the property - state-of-the-art hot tub, a sprawling two-acre lawn for some cross country skiing, river frontage of the iconic Pemi River. From the back of the house, you will have picturesque views of the White Mountains.

The main house layout has four bedrooms upstairs including a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom outfitted with a separate jetted bathtub; on the main floor is a kitchen, dining area, a sitting room with a gas fireplace, a separate living room with a comfy 150" sectional with deep seating, and a beautiful deck with scenic mountain views; and the basement is packed full of activities, a movie area, and a reclaimed wood bar so you can play bartender. From the basement you can access the 7-person hot tub and fire pit.

To paint you a picture, here is a possible day you could have at our mini resort, Riverview Retreat:

Wake up to a beautiful view of snow covered mountains
Put on a pot of fresh, hot coffee and sip away in the sitting area by the fireplace while planning your day
While you're waking up, the kids (and/or kids at heart) will be preoccupied with game time with a pool table, pop-a-shot, and bar games down in the basement, and a ping pong table on the back porch.
If you’re a skier or snowboarder, it may be time to start getting your snow gear on.
Spend the day tearing up the slopes at Loon Mountain.
Get back and make some hot coco and cook a family dinner in our state of the art kitchen.
From there, the night is yours! Build a campfire and make some s'mores, snuggle up in the basement movie room outfitted with a 75" TV and enjoy a feature film with some popcorn, or kick back and relax in the hot tub to let the worries of the day wash away.

All in all, this 12-acre property, perfectly situated between the banks of the Pemi River and Lincoln, NH, is the perfect spot for any large group looking to experience everything New England has to offer in the Winter. Families, corporate retreats, weddings, and more will find the Riverview Retreat as the gem they've been looking for in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

We will share a custom guidebook prior to your arrival but here are the highlights:
