The perfect stay in a quaint town. The home was beautiful with plenty of space. Cleaned space with plenty of items you need if you're making a home cooked meal.
This was our second time staying at this location. It was great both times! The location is close to hiking trails and a great place to come back to after a long hike.
My husband and I had a wonderful time with my brother and sister-in-law at this wonderful property. The location to trails and good restaurants was great! The cabin was very clean and up dated. The fire pit next to the rolling stream made for a couple of very relaxing evenings. The only small thing was I couldnât find a hair dryer, but my sister-in law came prepared! I would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our long weekend stay with our older children so much. The property was great and had everything we needed. The yard was quaint for a family fire and the water below was beautiful.
This was the second time staying and we enjoyed it even more the second time around. The house is great inside and out. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The property is so well maintained and the host was very responsive and helpful. We plan to come back again!
Beautiful property, cozy clean cottage, well stocked with everything you need. Loved the gorgeous view of the river by the fire pit. Great communication with host when needed and perfect location! Highly recommend!

We came to hike in the Franconia Notch area and the location couldnât have been much better. Everything involving the property was great and even better than the pictures and description. We definitely plan on returning in the future!
I wanted to love this cottage. It was cute inside and out and the location was great. The yard with the firepit and the lovely babbling brook was fantastic. The house overall was great although the kitchen drawers are difficult to open/close. I gave this property 4 stars because the beds are so uncomfortable. We tried both the main downstairs bedroom and the upstairs queen bed. Neither of them slept well. With some comfy mattresses this could be a 5 star stay.
Nicely renovated and equipped cottage. Convenient location near highway, Franconia State Park, Clarkâs Trading Post, and numerous restaurants in N Woodstock & Lincoln. Overall an excellent stay for family & our dog.
The cabin was as described on the website. One of the bedrooms was super spacious, the living room with its fireplace was cozy, and the bathrooms were updated and modern. We enjoyed our stay here.
House was beautiful and very country cottage style. Bedrooms, family room with fireplace and kitchen were all perfect! Great location for all exploring northern New Hampshire.
Great place for a fall getaway! I would imagine it would be great anytime of the year. Nice cozy cottage with plenty of places to relax. We really enjoyed the fire pit next to the river! Definitely will be back again.
What a lovely home with so many creative and artistic touches. The property was wonderful, falling asleep to the sound of the river was a delight. It was a perfect getaway and we certainly want to return!!
The house was conveniently located to many White Mountain attractions. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults. The yard has a nice fire pit with a beautiful view of the river. The house was clean and check in very easy. I would definitely stay here again.
The property is in a great central location, yet on a quiet dead end street. Minutes to hiking trails, restaurants and other attractions. The house is beautifully renovated and fit our familyâs needs wonderfully. Loved the screened in porch, sounds of the river in the backyard and convenience of the washer/dryer! Highly recommend!
We had a great time in Lincoln.
This property is right next to Loon Mountain and it made it great for skiing! We would head home for lunch and to warm up by the fire.
The home office as very clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this home to others.
Great communication from Scott. House was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Great location close to everything. Spent every night in the screened in porch or at the fire pit next to the river. Such a fun little getaway. Will be back.
The house is very cute and in a great location, a short drive from both North Woodstock and Lincoln. And of course very close to lots and lots of outdoor activities. The house is spacious and comfortable but rather dark. The kitchen is modestly equipped. There were only 6 pieces of dishes bowls, and silverware. The outdoor area is lovely, especially the bit next to the stream. However, we frequently spotted snakes around the house which made us somewhat nervous being outside.
activities. The house itself is spacious and comfortable
We very much enjoyed staying in the cabin. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has two large bathrooms and a half bath in one of the Upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom was very large and comfortable, and we slept very well in it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. The screen porch is so much fun to sit on and listen to the water spill of the Harvard Brook The den has a nice fireplace. Which was cozy on cool mornings . Plenty of Seating options with cozy blankets to enjoy .Sitting by the fire pit listening to the Harvard Brooke roar was a real treat. Scott was very responsive to any questions I had about the area and made sure we had what we needed
We were very happy with the house, it was clean when we got there, it was a good location for the places we wanted to go. Thanks for letting us use your house for our family vacation. The only thing I would suggest would be blinds on the windows, other than that loved it
Based on the photos I thought this was going to be a very secluded cabin in the woods. It isn't; it's in a nice little neighborhood that is well kept and quiet. The layout of the home was incredible and beautifully decorated. Kitchen, living, and main bedroom were absolutely perfect. The outside area with firepit and amazing views of the creek behind the house was relaxing and enjoyable. Per the owner's request, shoes are not to be worn in the house and I learned very quickly that wooden stairs and only wearing socks can end up bad. The stairs are steep and narrow so getting luggage to the second floor bedroom can be tricky but we managed. Overall, we had an excellent stay and I would book here again if I ever come back to the White Mountains.
