Welcome to Jack O'Lantern Resort, nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Woodstock, NH! Our charming 3-bedroom plus loft condo is the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking a cozy getaway.
Each bedroom offers a comfortable place to rest after a day of adventures, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two doubles and a twin in the third and a twin bed in the loft.
The condo features a dining area, living room, mudroom, 3 renovated bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Indulge in a plethora of amenities during your stay, including access to our indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, a game room for friendly competitions, and a newly built playground for endless fun, and a tennis and basketball court.
For golfers or people looking to give the game a try, walk on over to The Jack Golf Course.
Families with kids will love the playground and game room, providing entertainment for all ages. And when winter shows, nearby skiing adventures at Loon, Cannon and Waterville Valley await.

1.Trash Disposal: Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters at the end of your stay. A $50 disposal fee will be charged for any trash left in the unit.
2.Parking: Only two vehicles per unit are allowed in the designated parking area. Do not park on grass or walkways. Additional vehicles must use the overflow parking lots. Illegally parked vehicles will incur a $200 fine per vehicle, per incident. Any fines imposed by the HOA will be charged to the tenant.
3.Pets and Smoking: No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.
4.Inspections and Damages: All units will be inspected upon departure for any misuse or damages.
5.Outdoor Fire Pits: Outdoor fire pits are not permitted as per the condominium HOA regulations.
6.Poolhouse Access: Each unit is issued poolhouse access key cards. Cards must be returned at the end of the rental. Lost cards will incur a $100 charge per card.
