Your cozy getaway awaits in Woodstock at this excellent, freshly refubrished, condo. Only minutes from Loon Mountain, this warm and comfortable condo is in the middle of the White Mountains where you can access all the great outdoors have to offer.

Natural light abounds in this end unit, top floor, 2 bedroom condo. You have breath taking views from our large deck right on the shore of the Pemigawasset River; a gorgeous iron train bridge, the Pemi setting a relaxing tone of running water, amidst beautiful birch, oak, maple and pine trees. To top it off, a ridge of mountains set a majestic background with the sun rising behind them as you sip your coffee or tea on the sun-washed deck. This is truly one of the best views in the area.

We have updated a number of features in this unit for a warm, clean, and modern look. We also have new appliances, mattresses and bedding, and more. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, black out shades and its own Master Bathroom.
The Guest Room is great for guests of all sizes with a Full/Twin bunk bed and an additional Twin bed.
The dining area adjoins a bright kitchen and fully embraces the incoming sunshine.
Enjoy a very large living area with great views of the river, a fireplace, sleeper sofa and a Stressless recliner.
Our deck is outfitted to seat 4 adults very comfortably and an electric grill is provided for your convenience.

This unit is an end unit and is the quitest, most private, of all the units in this small, family-friendly, association. From our condo, it is a short and very pleasant walk to North Woodstock where you can enjoy several restaurants and shops . Lincoln is an easy 5 minute drive, or a 15 minute walk if you're feeling up to it, where you'll find shopping, groceries, great restaurants, cinema and much more.
Our unit is only a 6 - 10 minute drive to Loon Mountain resort and all the outdoor activities that come with it. Other excellent ski areas are within 30 minutes from the condo: Canon Mountain, Waterville Valley, Tenney Mountain, and Bretton Woods. Perfect for skiiers and outdoor enthusiasts year-around. The towns of Littleton and Plymouth are only 30 mins north and 20 minutes south, respectivelly. Extremely easy access to i93 North and South, we are just off of Exit 32 on i93.
