Welcome to the newly updated No Agenda Hacienda, the perfect vacation home for your next family reunion or large party! The owners of this enormous six-bedroom, five-bathroom home have thought of everything for your convenience and comfort! Bring the little ones and find a Pack-N-Play, a highchair, a bottle warmer, child-size dishes and retractable gates at the stairs. Did you forget something while packing? You’re covered with a drawer full of emergency essential items you might need during your stay.

Gather in the game room to watch the big game, play family games or play shuffleboard! Blend a frozen drink and spend time at the private pool or spend your days at the beach by taking the private boardwalk!

The open floor plan and warm décor of this home invite you to relax and unwind. Snuggle up on the comfortable living room furniture for a family movie night or enjoy a meal at one of the two dining tables that seat 10 guests each. The renovated chef’s kitchen is large and includes all the equipment you’ll need to whip up gourmet meals. Loved the house for our friend's birthday fishing trip. Great location to the beach and was stocked with everything we could need. Check in and out was a breeze. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Thanks!

Mini vacation

The house was great for our large group. We had a wonderful time. My only complaint was our room was not ready until after 5pm. We paid over 5,300 for a 3 day stay. The bathrooms only had 1 roll of toilet paper (some of them 1/2 rolls). And only 1 roll of paper towels. So make sure you bring your own stuff

Beautiful house with everything you need. Very organized. Comfortable beds and AC works great. Close walk to beach with boardwalk. Clean pool. We loved this house. Silver Sands management was super helpful and responsive to our needs.

Great property location but not a great experience...

We were so excited for our annual Port Aransas family gathering, but that excitement turned into disappointment with this home. We've stayed in dozens of properties around Port A, but this has been our least favorite thus far. The Good: - The location is super convenient for accessing the beach, restaurants, and shops. - There was plenty of parking available for our family. - The open living and functional areas on all three levels were large and easily accommodated our group. The Bad: - The unit's floors were not cleaned before we arrived, and there was trash all over outside from the previous tenants. The property manager did have the floors redone - The bathroom shower curtains in three of the bathrooms were covered in mold on the bottoms. They did replace a few during our stay, but the worst ones were left. - The A/C - There is a reason this property has a fan in every room. The A/C units struggled during the day to keep the unit at 77/78, but would finally cool down by 3-4 a.m., which made going to sleep impossible without using the provided fans. The first level was great because it had its own unit as well. - The pool for the first two days was dirty and unbalanced. Our young kids didn't even want to swim in it because they found a hair wad. After it was cleaned, it was fine. Also, one thing to be aware of that wasn't clear in the listing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very small, and there are no closets, so that was a challenge throughout the trip.

Amazing Rental

Renting through Silver Sands Vacations was the best decision we made! Amazing service and such attention to detail from all the dishes and appliance you need to beach toys, kids utensils and blankets. All around it was an amazing experience and conveniently close to the beach and local restaurants.

Family Friendly Beach House

Wonderful house for large friend or family gatherings! Fully stocked. Pool is awesome for young kids because it has a ramp. We plan on returning! My only *want would be a pet friendly house. Our dogs would love it here.

No Agenda Hacienda!

The house worked well for our friend/family spring break vacation! The property company was easy to communicate with. The house has three balconies, the pool area and three common areas to relax and hang out. The large open living room, kitchen and dining area worked out wonderful for our large meals. Looks even better in person! It’s just a short walk to the beach and a short golf cart away to many restaurants, grocery store and shopping. The kids enjoyed a warm morning or evening swim. I would definitely recommend this house as the location was great! The house had several coffee pots, blender and great pots/skillets for large meals. Bedrooms were stocked with blankets and bathrooms had plenty of bath towels. Only two beach towels in the house so packed those!

3 Star - Broken Appliances

Please understand that we really enjoyed our time in Port A! The house was generally good! So please don't take this as as a complaint, but rather valid feedback. Upon arrival we discovered there were not enough towels in the house, and no hand towels or wash cloths or bath mats. We had to call the office to have them bring more by. The upstairs washer/dryer did not work. A new unit was coincidentally delivered on Day 2 of our 10 day stay, but was not installed while we were there. The only issue here is that we had 14 people staying in the house and that was a lot of work for the 1 unit on the ground floor, just to keep up with the towels alone, let alone clothes. The biggest issue was the Dishwasher. We ran the dishwasher on our second day and the dishes and silverware came out dirty. I figured I must have set it on the wrong cycle. I ran it again, making sure it was loaded and started properly. Same result. I then noticed lots of black particles in the dishwasher, and when I pulled out the filter it was caked in mold. I attempted to clean this filter as best as I could and then ran the unit again. No difference. We then called the office and a maintenance person came out and took one look and told us there was no fixing the dishwasher that it needed to be replaced. The frustration here, was that we were forced to handwash all the utensils and cookware for the rest of our entire stay. This was an obvious inconvenience and we had alter a lot of our plans as a result. Given that we paid close to 1000/night for our stay, these are items that one would not expect. Great property!

We rented this wonderful house over the summer for my husbands 30th birthday! The sleeping arrangements are great as well as the kitchen/dining areas. We had a great time with the pool and a short walk to the beach. We did have an issue with the property not being cleaned but the company did refund us some money for that issue, so I do appreciate that. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we hope to be back one day! Thanks for a great stay and wonderful memories!

the initial process was confusing with all the junk emails. staff got us confused with another guest. house is beautiful. had everything we needed. paid extra for heated pool and it was definetly worth it because it was cold and rainy the entire time. Pool heat must be on a timer, it shuts off. this was not disclosed that it will shut off. boardwalk to the beach is 4 blocks away. house is no where near the beach, it is in a rental neighborhood.

50th Anniversary Celebration

We came to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We have a family of 13 (8 adults and 7 kids - age range 14-7) and the house was perfect!!! Great location, plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, etc... we had a family shuffle board tournament. Daily walks / hang out on the beach. Highly recommend!!!

Great House By the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with our large family for Christmas. The house is great with all necessary amenities and plenty of space. We wished the pool had been heated but overall have no complaints and only good things to say. It’s exactly like the pictures show.

Port A Get A Way! 🏖

Property was exactly as described! Mermaid 🧜🏻‍♀️ Hair Don’t Care is such a cute house & the decor and little touches made you feel like you were for sure on a tropical getaway! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom plus an extra 1/2 bath downstairs. The extra living room upstairs was great for the teenagers to be able to watch what they wanted. Our group absolutely LOVED the Pool 🎱 Table and Ping Pong 🏓 Table & it served as hours of entertainment when we were not at the beach Or fishing. Location is amazing! We rented a golf cart & you are super close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, or just the enjoyable ride around! We would definitely rent this house again if we are in Port A again! ❤️🤩👏🏻
