Magnifique maison et à quelques pas de la plage! Piscine chaufee!

Cette maison de plage de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains accepte les animaux domestiques, peut accueillir 14 personnes et se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Grand salon / salle à manger / cuisine avec télévision à écran plat, DVD. Cuisine moderne équipée pour une réunion de famille!
Le premier étage (avec sa propre entrée privée) a une chambre avec un lit queen, un canapé-lit et sa propre salle de bain. Le deuxième étage a deux chambres avec lits queen dans chacune - qui partagent une salle de bain. Le troisième étage a la chambre principale qui a un lit king, une nouvelle télévision à écran plat, une salle de bain privée et son propre balcon privé! Il y a une chambre à côté du maître qui a un lit queen, un canapé-lit et sa propre salle de bain privée.
Laveuse / sécheuse sont au deuxième étage. Il y a une magnifique cour clôturée qu'un chiot adorerait! Nos frais pour animaux ne sont que de 10 $ par animal et par nuit. Il y a une belle terrasse avec un barbecue au propane et un magnifique coin salon sous la palapa. Venez profiter de votre propre oasis! Apportez à la maison vos poissons fraîchement nettoyés et faites-les griller pour le dîner! Les clients n'ont pas accès au garage - mais il y a beaucoup de stationnement spacieux dans l'allée (4 à 6 places selon la taille du véhicule).

Perfect for a family reunion at the beach!

The pool was the highlight of this property. We spent so much time out there and the shade from the cabana was wonderful. The house was great and fit everyone in our party. The smell downstairs is a little off-putting, but we eventually got used to it. We will be back and have already agreed that we want to come back next year!

Great Location

The only thing was that we couldn’t leave any kind of food out in the kitchen, not even for a couple minutes, without roaches getting on it.

Barefoot Dreams a keeper!

This is a perfect house for large groups, 14 in our family. The open floor plan of the main living space comfortably fit all when we gathered esp for meals. Beds were very comfortable. One issue was the bbq grill was very dirty we did not use it but would have liked to. Skillets & bakeware were very worn. Overall great house, beautifully decorated, very close to beach, nice outdoor areas, pool was clean. We had an enjoyable time & will definitely return.

Propane Grill not provided even though it was an amenity listed in the description. Upstairs air conditioner not that great. Overall the property has a great location, enough space for a large group and pool, fence and parking are great!

Family getaway

First the ac did not work then pool heater broke and couldn’t fix it also downstairs smelled like mildew. The property manager was very responsive but the whole reason we got pool is because we wanted pool heater due to weather. We got a full refund for pool heater days. Just will not be booking here again.

Family spring break

It is a lovely home. Definitely how it is described. Nice and close to the beach. It was very clean. It would be a 10 if we didn’t have a few issues. There was no hot water when we arrived. Called management and they came out quickly. Then the refrigerator didn’t work. Management sent out a spare. The front door knob needs to be replaced It has cut a couple hands. We paid to have pool heated. It was nice and warm when arrived. The children had a blast in it. But each day the pool got colder and colder . Called to have it fixed.

There was a soft spot in the bedroom floor on the third floor that was concerning. That issue had not been addressed in two years. But a new slider was constructed in the apartment on the ground floor and a new fold up bed added. We won’t return because we are not confident in the owner fixing the flooring. Location to the beach is great.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place we have stayed here the past 3 years and it looks like it was just getting better. We have this place booked again for Labor Day weekend. It’s close to the beach, great room for parking and nice pool. It was even better when it included the Go Cart but I heard they did away with that 😞. That WAS the cherry on top. Especially using the Island Outfitters shout to them and their service with the carts. Please bring it back!!! Overall it’s a great house for large families. Port A Escapes has always been great with any issues and easy check in and check outs.

Gorgeous home, disappointing heated pool

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, however the heated pool was a huge disappointment. With the frigid temperatures, we looked for a quick get away with Family - with the luxury of a heated pool, but unfortunately, we were not able to use it. Temps in the pool ranged from 42 degrees to 66 degrees on the day we were set to leave. We notified the Rental company daily and they tried to get the issue resolved - But unfortunately, no resolution during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay here. last was 5 years ago. We love the house and the pool and location but this stay was very disappointing. I think house has sold. House was run down and not being kept up with. Showers were difficult to get a steady stream. Upper balcony not accessible boards on railing were not nailed down in places the grill was absolutely nasty snd should be thrown away. Pool area was unkept landscaping looked bad and the outside shower required to get in pool did not work. House could just use some maintenance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was huge, very clean and in a great location. Only issues were the light in the pool and canopy didn’t work. I didn’t have access to the upper balcony as is was locked from the outside. And the outdoor shower to rinse sand wasn’t working. Maintenance did show up Saturday morning but couldn’t fix it. A little bummed I didn’t get the whole package. Would I stay here again? Heck yeah! I understand that with a rental it may not be perfect. So out of 5 stars I would say 4.5. I’m confident these issues will be addressed. See ya in September!

Disappointing Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. Reviewer Comments: Cleaners/inspector were onsite at arrival resulting in late check in. Lower level had significant mold on ceiling and a/c units were filthy. Took 2 days for cleaners to come out, they were shocked at condition of unit. We had to stay out of lower level for cleaning and airing. Pool had to be shocked so not able to use it first day, stayed murky throughout visit. HVAC spent several hours cleaning systems inside and out. Linens were stained, no linens available for pull out couches. Kitchen items were not very clean, coffee pot was in terrible shape. Ad for home was great, but the unit didn’t deliver- we’ve been renting every summer for 7 years- would not choose to come back to this one.

I was impressed with the size of the house, we had more then enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The pool area was nice and clean upon arrival, the location of the house was great, the beach is right down the road and you are by the strip so the location was perfect.

Perfect for multi-generational family

The house was perfect for our family! The most senior members were able to sleep on the ground floor, limiting what needed to be hauled up and down stairs. The first floor was perfect for a young family of five to have two bedrooms and share a bathroom. The top floor housed a couple and a second couple with an infant, both having their own bathrooms. We could not have asked for a better pool for our young swimmers. The large step area was perfect for all of us getting in and out of the pool. We will happily return!
