Overall great property had a lot of amenities and kitchen tools stocked that saved us in the long run! Host was responsive and quick to resolve any issue we had. The only thing I wish I would have known before booking is that you cannot use a golf cart to get to town. It’s on the opposite side of highway where golf carts cannot drive. But the host offered many different options/resolutions to this and helped our stay be amazing!

The host was attentive to our needs. She answered all questions in a timely manner. The property was clean and had everything one would need. We had 8 adults and 4 children and the accommodation were more than adequate. The beds were comfortable, the bunk beds was big enough for two children. The space was large enough that one didn't feel crowded.

Spacious, beautiful home!

We had a great spring break stay. Gorgeous, clean home. The kids loved the garage “hang-out” spot! Owners were very helpful, communicative and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family fun in the sun

We had a family trip with elders, infants, kids. Great space. Loved the bunk beds on the first floor. We congregated in upstairs mostly. Fun place to be.

We found the property warm and inviting with plenty of room for our 10 adults and 3 children. The game room was used a great deal throughout our stay. The pool was conveniently situated next to the building and was gated so the little ones could not get in without an adult present. The kitchen had all the conveniences and the bathrooms were fully stocked right down to the shampoo and body wash. All one needs to bring is food and clothes. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, the second living space was amazing for our older kids. Garage door didn’t work all the time but the host could open it remotely if it wasn’t working. Overall great experience

Beautiful home!

The first thing I noticed was how clean the house smelled when we walked in. This home is beautiful and in a great location! We had a minor issue so I texted Chastity and within a minute I had a response with a resolution. Absolutely 100% recommend this property!

Great beach house

This property was wonderful !Clean and very well stocked !My teenage grandchildren loved the separate room downstairs !Was perfect for them to have their own space !The downstairs game room was a big hit too !Definitely gave them extra things to do when not at the beach !The main house was perfect for our whole family , everybody had a room !This place is perfect for a big group !We had a great time ! The whole house was decorated just beautiful !Definitely would recommend this house !

Spring Break 24

Everything was neat clean and taken care of. There were 10 of us and everyone had there on bed and mostly own room. We enjoyed the game room. The pool was not heated but we should have called the owner. She could have had it turned on. My only disappointment was not being able to see the ocean.

Beach stay

Overall a nice place to spend your vacation! The rental was clean and fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchen cookware, and starter soaps. The host was easy to communicate with via text/call during our stay. Our biggest positive is the size of the unit - plenty of beds and space for a large group. The unit is a short drive to beach access, but we were unable to use a golf cart due to it's location across the highway. The shared pool was a good size and not very crowded during our stay - we spent a lot of time there. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the downstairs unit A/C, but the host was quick to resolve the issue the next day. Our biggest complaint during the stay was the quality of the upstairs (main house) A/C. The A/C unit was not efficient at cooling the house during Texas heat - the unit never cooled below 75 degrees during our stay. For most of the vacation, the main unit was very room, around 78-80 degrees. There were 2 small portable A/C units available (also not very efficient at cooling the place), so my assumption is the hosts are aware there's a problem with the temperature of the rental. Our trash cans were full when we arrived, and the city didn't pick up the bins due to them being placed on the road incorrectly. A lady came by that "helps" with the property, and she told us to place trash bags in the garage or in another dumpster instead. It would be great if she had placed the trash bins on the road for us, since it's a known issue with pickup.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and we had plenty of room for your entire family. We are sorry to hear about how you felt about the AC in the main house. The unit is 8 months old. It’s hard for any unit to keep up with kids running in and out the door every 2 minutes in this Texas heat. Our small unit you are referring to is a humidifier not an AC unit. They definitely don’t work the same. We had Communicated with you that the trash cans are placed out by the curb by our hired help. They can not be moved until trash has been picked up. Sorry to hear someone in your group moved the cans and they were not able to be picked up. Overall we are happy you made us aware of them being moved. Therefore we were able to resolve this for you right away.

Sorry our home didn’t live up to your expectations. Our listing states that the pool is not private, although it often feels like one because it is rarely used by others. The game room is located in the garage, and with all of the recent rain and humidity, there may occasionally be a slight musty smell.
