The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and a set of French doors leading to the wrap-around balcony. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The second level offers three guest bedrooms with an additional sitting area. The sitting area has a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with amazing views of the beach. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and shares a bath with the bunk room. The bunk room offers two sets of twin-size beds with a flat-screen TV.

Very Clean

This house was in a great location and spotless! For being this close to the beach not even any sand anywhere. The layout was great and spacious and beautiful!

Beautiful home

We love the house, beautifully decorated. Plenty of space. The only real downside was the community boardwalk to the beach. It seemed to be in disrepair with several broken boards. It also involves more steps than I’d ever seen on a beach boardwalk. Not great if you have older family or little ones. It would have been impossible to carry all of our gear safely. Rented a golf cart which we had not planned to do. I chose this rental over others due to proximity to beach and the ease of the boardwalk. Disappointing that the boardwalk seemed unsafe to use. I would still rent the property, just plan and budget for a golf cart too.

Great Time!

The house was great, neighborhood access to the beach, ocean views from the upper patios, lots of dishes available for use. The only reason this house didn't get a 5 star was that there was no trash can to be found in the kitchen area. We looked everywhere and ended up just using a bag from one of our shopping trips. Would stay here again.

Nice home, needs a couple things fixed

The house location was great, the beds were comfy and relaxing. The washer dryer didn't work the whole time which made washing and drying towels and clothes a little more challenging. The railing on the stairs was loose which was a little sketchy. The outside stairs had cracks in the boards which was really scary. The golf carts we rented were decent, and when one didn't run right they switched it out for us. The maintenance people were no help at all. Other than that it was a fun time. I just expect more if I'm paying $4000 for 4 nights

We enjoyed our time at that house. It was clean and nice. The only problem I had was getting Maintenace to come and repair the washing machine. In three days, I called six times. I was told on Friday that someone came by on Thursday (nobody notified me) and fixed it. While I was still on the phone with the lady on Friday, I went and looked in the washing machine and there was still standing water from what we left from dipping it out. We even tried to fix it ourselves. The maintenance supervisor would not get on the phone with me. The lady kept telling me what he was saying. He said someone came out Thursday and ran a cycle. They might have come out, but they did nothing. I know this because I left something in there and it was still in the same place where I left it. She said they would send someone on Friday. We made sure someone was there (missing out on the fun all day) and nobody ever showed up. We had several little ones that we needed to wash for, and we could not. We also needed to wash towels during the week so we could use them again and could not. I was very disappointed in your supervisor and not making sure things were correct so we could get things washed up. Other than that, the stay was great, the view was great, and we had a great time

Great house close to beach

We loved the house. We’ll stocked except for washcloths. Master bedroom only had one washcloth. Kitchen had tons of dishes and spices. We really enjoyed our time.

Beach get away

The home was nicely decorated and well kept. It would have been nice to use the yard, but the it had not been mowed in what seemed to be weeks because the weeds were extremely tall and the mosquitoes were hiding in tall grass. But other than that it was perfect. We loved the patios and the kids had a blast!

Almost perfect

House was very nice. Only issues we had were dining room light did not work. Lights from kitchen were sufficient. Also dining room chairs were very uncomfortable. All in all a good rental.

Great family space!

We enjoyed our stay! Common space was great for our multigenerational family stay. Quiet neighborhood with terrific proximity to beach (via both golf cart and boardwalk). Interior design felt comfortable and homey.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House Was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for 10 of us. Great location across from the boardwalk although the boardwalk is long with lots of stairs. Unfortunately, due to Covid we could not drive the golf cart on the beach (so lots of walking). The house was well equipped (however, blender was old and needs replacing). Grill was also very small to cook for a large group. But overall, a great stay.

First Visit to Texas Coast

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - easy walk or quick cart ride (included) to the beach. About 7-10 minutes by cart to restaurants, shopping and coffee in Port A. The property was clean and included the typical essentials. Everything worked!! There are lots of dishes and silverware. It does not include any beach towels, chairs or accessories so be sure to bring yours. We had never been to Port Aransas before so the directions to the Silver Sand office were a little unclear but with 1 extra u-turn we made it. The ocean view is from the upper level so you don't get to see water from the living area, but until the lot across the street has a house built on it, you get an unobstructed water view. The master is on the living level and the balance of the bedrooms are on the 2nd level, or 3rd level from the ground. There is a half bath off the living room in addition to the 3 full-bathrooms which is convenient. We would stay there again.
