The cart contains an AirTag for security and theft prevention. Guests are responsible for any damage, towing, or repairs. Refill gas before checkout. A $100 fee applies if the tank is below 3/4. Do not drive on Highway 361—use Eleventh St. Do not drive past beach marker 45. Lost golf cart key or garage remote: $100 each.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit pre-authorization hold will be made during your stay for incidental damages. This means the amount will be withheld from your payment source, but not charged. The pre-authorization will occur during your stay and will automatically be released a couple of days after your stay. Guest will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by the Guest or their party.
