Once inside, guests will find a bright open floor plan with great natural lighting. The living room has comfortable seating, some that recline. Gather around and watch a movie! Enjoy preparing meals in the large gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and supplies that will appease the pickiest chefs. Nearby is a separate wet bar with extra counter space. Best stocked kitchen

We had a multigenerational family stay here and did a lot of cooking. This kitchen is the best stocked of any we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO. Also, the wet bar/auxiliary kitchen was amazing. Rooms were comfortable and the elevator was very helpful with our older guests.

Great weekend getaway

This property was just as advertised and better! We had plenty of room to spread out or come together as a group. The location was great as it is very close to a beach access and not far from town. We would definitely stay again!

2022 Port A Family Gathering

Very nice and spacious home. The elevator was a plus since my husband and I are at the age where going up and down stairs can be very challenging. Perfect location to beach and town.

Almost perfect house.

The house is beautiful and clean, very well equipped, but the elevator does not work, no access to the garage, and the cleaning crew arrive at 11 am no extra minute to leave; they park golf cars bloking the driveway making us walk over the flowerbeds to get the luggage out to our cars. Perla.

No direct beach access but great house

You can see the beach from 3rd floor but can not access thru dune. Great house, large kitchen, living area with bar. 3rd floor is an open loft for master and W/D. So You can hear everything in kitchen as it’s not closed off. But very spacious. All rooms are large. House is VERY well stocked except towels. One room had a broken king bed and a broken bunk so we notified the manager but it was never repaired. Hoping management will offer compensation as 3 people had no place to sleep. All in all I would recommend.

Family time

Check in was flawlessly simple. The house is spectacular! The kitchen was fully and completely stocked with EVERYTHING! What a great surprise. We didn’t have to go to the store for anything. The house is spacious, the bedrooms are beautiful and clean. The house was perfect. The driveway was a challenge backing out of, so I recommend you back into the driveway for easy exits. The stairs are a little steep, but we got used to them soon enough. The AC was good, stayed cool even on the third floor! The house was perfect for 4 couples. We will surely rebook for our next gathering. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We were Happy Happy!

The home was beautiful and we were very comfortable. Only problem we had was getting someone to get the elevator working but they finally came. Other than that our stay was Amazing.

Amazing house

The Sunrise Beach Villa was the perfect house to accommodate our large family. All together, we had 4 married couples, 2 babies, and 2 young adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. The huge table fit our whole family for meals. The house was very well-appointed with everything we could need and then some. It's a beautiful house, well-decorated and very clean. My husband and I especially enjoyed the top floor master suite and balcony. We highly recommend this house and hope to rent it again in the future!

Sunrise Beach Villa peaceful retreat…

Inviting and cool beach decor provided a lovely stay, with spacious rooms for privacy for all guests. Pleasantly surprising to have a fully stocked kitchen, and abundant seating. This may become our bridal and/or baby shower event location! The third balcony deck is wonderful to start the day with a cup of coffee. Elevator option was reasonable, and a saver for one of our guests. A good time was had by all. Returning again and again - and maybe for the snowbird season for a couple of months! Looking forward to the additional washer/dryer and a billiards room soon! Everything helps to add comfort and entertainment options to a stay like this!

Rough Weekend in Port A

Due to circumstances beyond your control we were moved from our originally booked home 45 minutes before check in. I honestly thought that was very short notice and that someone would have been by the home before that but it is what it is. Although this was disappointing and difficult for many reasons we had to take what was offered. Please know that we chose the home we did because the home across the street is a relative who had the rest of our family staying there and had all of our groceries already delivered there. Secondly, we had planned to utilize the golf cart to move around elderly and young children with ease. We also loved the idea of the elevator for ease of moving groceries, luggage and the elderly with much ease. We were celebrating the 55 wedding anniversary of this couple and originally had hoped the master bedroom was on the ground floor at the original house so they could not have to climb stairs. After the change of location to the new home, which I must say was beautiful but had a very difficult layout for entering and exiting the house, they were on the 3rd floor on the home. When going to unload all the luggage and groceries (which had to be moved from the other location) we could not access the elevator - only to learn that it had not worked in years. That meant everyone had to climb stairs to get to the kitchen and their bedrooms. The elderly couple had to climb all the stairs which did result in a fall which resulted in a dislocated shoulder and broken shoulder bone. But before that happened, their lavatory door would not unlock and we had to call for after-hours maintenance which a man named Bull went above and beyond by coming by when this did not really qualify as an after hours emergency and he opened the door. Once he learned of the experiences we had incurred he made it possible for us to utilize the golf cart after all. I had mentioned to the ladies previously that I knew it had been delivered to the other house and maybe we could still use it but they said that we could not. Bull saved the weekend since we had no pool and no elevator but we ended up with the golf cart. It just turned into a hectic stressful weekend. I am awaiting my $500+ plus refund which I have been advised would be mailed. Thank you.

Worst experience ever

Do Not rent this property or any property managed/owned through Silver Sands. This property was not ready for check in for hours after they claimed. It was filthy! The stench from fish/shrimp left inside was horrible. It permeated the air system and the air filters were black and hadn’t been replaced. Two door handles fell off broken in our hands when we tried to open doors to air it out. There was a dead roach on top of the master bed cover. It says it has an elevator but it doesn’t work and hasn't in months according to the on call maintenance person who answered my after hours call. None of these problems were addressed. No one from management returned any phone calls, emails, or messages. We left 4 messages and sent am email trying to communicate. We left the morning after we arrived (12 hours later) because itwas so horrible. Still haven’t been contacted.

Very comfortable for the whole family

Was very clean and comfortable for the whole family. One thing we didn’t realize with the pics is the top master room is like a studio style with no door and the main living room and kitchen is the second floor so all the sound of everyone in the main living room area just went straight up to the top room so just for an FYI. Otherwise, any issues we had it was easy to get ahold of main desk and was easily addressed. Check in and out was easy. Water temp in showers was perfect, a lot of times i would be the last to take a shower and was almost counting on the water to be too cold but wasn’t in the slightest. Backyard view nice but there seems to be like sewage overflow or something which kind of ruined the view, mentioned it at check out so hopefully someone can fix that. Very happy with rental, would rent again!

Spacious Beauty

The place was very nice and allowed everyone to have there own space and still have lots of room to come together. We would definitely stay here again! And we loved that there was a bar area separate from the kitchen - one group making pina coladas and one cooking. Was great!

Great location & clean but major issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house/location, clean....but would never spend that kind of money for these issues. I tried to check in 3 hours early, was told it had to be cleaned...that never happened so we got there at 4 as normal check in, then was told later that it was cleaned 2 days before our arrival (no big deal, but don't offer early check in, and at least don't make up some random story.) The person that inspects the house showed up at 5:30 (hour and half after check in,) and noticed we did not have enough towels, said she would bring more, never did. We had no hot water in whole house except master bath on 3rd floor, so I had 10 adults sharing a bathroom all weekend and couldn't wash dishes in sink, called and put online ER maintenance request, nobody called or showed up ever. WIFI password did not work. No grill as stated, so we could not cook as planned. Lots of trash in the back yard, needs cleaned up. Chairs on patio were duct taped to fix, guest fell and hit head on the wall. I will not be renting again from Silver Sands, and would really prefer some kind of discount, as I paid for a 5 bed, 3-1/2 bath house, and really got a 5 bed 1-1/2 bath. Not OK at all. The golf cart rental is a whole other story, I definitely would never rent from them again, was embarrassed to make a suggestion to have sent my guests there.
