Welcome to 4 Palms, your next vacation home away from home! At this spacious six-bedroom, three-bathroom home in desirable Sand Point, you’ll find yourself relaxing the moment you walk through the doors. Just a few steps over the boardwalk to the beach or the community pool, there’s no shortage of fun to be had!

Unique and modern, 4 Palms boasts an open-concept living space where guests can mingle no matter where they are. In the living room, you’ll find ample seating on a cozy sectional and a flat-screen TV so you can watch your favorite shows! There’s also a downstairs living room for guests who can’t decide to watch a movie or the big game. Here, you can enjoy both! Prepare a meal in the modern and well-appointed kitchen, full of all kitchen essentials to please the pickiest of chefs. If there are too many cooks in the kitchen, guests can head to the second kitchen downstairs! Enjoy those meals at the spacious dining table.

The primary suite has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both have queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin-size beds. The bunkroom sleeps a crowd with a twin-size bunk bed and a full-size bunk bed.

Great location, home is perfect

We had a great time visiting while sitting at the huge dining table. Love the open concept, lends to family visiting. Plenty of room, we even played charades. Loved the property.

My family enjoyed our stay. We found the master bathroom light fixture had no light bulb. The bed pad on 2 of the beds were heavily stained. Other then that. We enjoyed our stay.

We were under the impression that the two floors had an inside stairway. With separate outside entrances we didn't quite have the family atmosphere we wanted. Other than that, all was quite acceptable. Regret that the upper deck level was locked off. Certainly had all the amenities that one would expect in such a setting.

Good location and clean inside. Needing some TLC outside. Bathrooms needed more towels and wash clothes. Downstairs had a musty smell. A little expensive for what we got but overall the stay was good

The house itself and location were great, but it was filthy! We definitely left it cleaner than it was when we got there. The sheets were not clean, floors and carpets had sand all over them, found trash in the dresser drawers from previous renter. The downstairs apartment, still had coffee in the coffee pot. I could go on and on..... We have rented from Silver Sands numerous times, so we were surprised to find the house in this condition!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were here for my wedding. My family fit very well in the rental. The only complaint we had was when we got there the room downstairs was not made nor were there sheets to make with bed with. We were able to call the maintenance on call and they found some sheets for us. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Great group house

Worked out great for our group of 9 adults. 2 separate units with 2 kitchens. Only complaint was the TV and wifi were almost unusable, horrible signal, and there were a lot of roaches so maybe some pest control. Plenty of space and beds, perfect location, close to everything.

We had limit TV and no internet, but that was a spectrum issue not not Silversands, they tried to fix the issue. House is very large and very clean. Walking distance to the beach and a restaurant at the end on the street. My only problem with the house is that the only way to get down stairs is stairs outside. The to living areas and kitchens was nice since we traveled with our adult children and their spouses. The yard could use a little love.

Great Place to Stay With The Family

We love the Breakfast area on top. Its a place where everyone can sit together and eat and enjoy everyone's company. Outdoor patio is private and large. Great place to enjoy the sun rays or just sit back and enjoy the breeze. Real close to the beach and just a small drive to the local restaurants, souvenir shops. We come every year during Easter Weekend and love the stay. Its our home away from home. This house is great for a big family or a few couples. I recommend this location.

Great and spacious inside. Great service from silver sands.

Reviewer Comments: Upon first arrival it was a bit disappointing to see some old rusted lawn furniture you would be afraid to sit in and that the top view deck outside was closed. The long grass and the quantity of mosquitos were due to the fact it had just rained. We could not get into the downstairs portion initially (may have been user error). Once inside upstairs, we noticed a bad smell . Apparently someone had cleaned fish in the sink. Maintenance arrived within 5 minutes to help us gain entry on the 1st floor, and also helped with the smell in the sink. within minutes all issues were resolved. I would say the inside is perfect but they need to update the patio furniture and maybe increase the lawn maintenance schedule.
