Inconvenient, rude, and not pet friendly.

We arrived to see that there was glass in the parking lot basically everywhere 
. Even tho they say they are pet friendly ( glass in paws is no no) so we had to carry the pups to the room. They require a property deposit damage and a pup fee as well. When I asked why the deposit was needed they were super rude about it. Only for us to then go to our room and the minute we walk in it smells insanely strong of cigarette smoke
 there were also burn holes in the linen and the mattress clearly from someone making cigarettes. The furniture was stained and not well kept either. Would never recommend staying here!!! EVER we drove 10 hours and were exhausted and this really made a stressful part of our trip.

Family weekend

The layout of the place worked out great for our large family. Disappointed the pool didn’t work and a lock on one of the doors wouldn’t open with a card so had to go to office every time we wanted to go in. The rooms were nicely furnished and nice kitchens.

Needs cleaning, strong odors, had some mix-up with our room.

Updated hours for check-out doesn't match website. Very heavy odor in the check-in office and room which makes it feel like maybe covering something up but that I cannot be sure of just was a very strong odor. Our room had a light not working, water damage on the floor boards, nightstand, etc. Not very clean space, it was tidy but I took pictures of what appeared to be mold/water damage and very dirty vents. Staff also came to our room very early a few hours before checkout asking who we were, trying to clean the room and wanted us to come to the office though it was 9am. Checkout was updated to be 11AM I believe vs what VRBO says which I think is 12PM. One man helping did get it sorted out, but another staff member wasn't extremely friendly in the scenario with a lot of interesting looks though no words said. We were given a different room number and key card than what the system had, so it created confusion making them think we had switched rooms which caused for some not accusations but questioning of who we were and how we got the room we did so just felt uncomfortable. Personally just due to cleanliness I wouldn't stay here again but with the room mix up and how it made us feel I personally would give it a pass unfortunately.

it was ok for my saty to see a concert,,,otherwise wouldnt do it again there,,,the last night neighbors were out till 3in the morning loud,,because they have no jobs to go to in the morning,,,reminds me of the projects in the EAST COAST
