With beautiful views of the Gulf and the Choctawhatchee Bay, this condo offers the perfect perch for relaxing in The Sunshine State. Large windows invite natural light into the living room, equipped with ample seating and a TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. Nibble on appetizers at the kitchen bar, then gather at the dining table. Enjoy post-dinner cocktails paired with lovely water views on your private furnished balcony.

A plethora of on-site amenities add convenience and comfort to your stay. Spend leisurely afternoons relaxing by the outdoor pool, take a leisurely soak in the hot tub, or practice your swing on the tennis courts. Additional shared amenities include an indoor pool and a fitness center. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Such a Great Home away from Home

The location was wonderful! Being able to just walk down to the beach without leaving is definitely a plus with so many ways to wash off on the way back. The balcony was wonderful sitting in the rocker every morning, drinking coffee. Thank you for such a great place to stay!

Vacay

We have stayed at MANY condos at Tops’l and this one was the best. I was worried with it being close to elevators that it would be noisy but it wasn’t. We never heard a sound! It was perfect for our needs. The owners have strategically placed furniture to help travelers…providing extra space to house all the things we had in tow. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. We have already started planning our next trip.

Visiting grandchildren

We are older adults and beds were just perfect. Shower in master was also easily accessible and very nice. Grandchildren visited and enjoyed pool and beach. An entertainer was singing at pool and it was such a pleasant experience. We ate lunch on our balcony. Everything you need.

Great beach condo

We had a great time. We really appreciated the TP, dish tabs, Palmolive, sponge and Laundry soap you provide. The condo is beautiful. The large balcony is awesome. Loved the double rocker on the balcony and the table and chairs. We rented bikes and biked to restaurants for supper. We didn't use the pools but they looked well maintained. All the TOPS'L Tide staff were exceptionally friendly. I would love to return with my grandsons so they could participate in the crafts available for kids to do (at a small fee). Overall, it was a fabulous sister's trip and we would not hesitate to return to TOPs'L Tides.

Beautiful Unit

The unit was beautiful and well stocked. I was there with my 20 year daughter and her friend and the property was terrific. The property is well maintained and the Health Club is beautiful. Highly recommend this unit and property.

Felt like being at home

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, including a washer and dryer, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, everything you could need in the kitchen, a HUGE balcony with plenty of comfortable seating and a great view! The primary bathroom had a large shower and a jacuzzi tub! It was a quick walk to the beach or pool, there was plenty to do with tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and shuffleboard. Lots of great restaurants within a short drive, we also had dinner at the on-site restaurant The Ocean Club and had an amazing meal. The grounds were absolutely beautiful!

Perfect Stay

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed beforehand. The location and amenities were perfect as well. A walk to the beach was about a minute, and the area had tennis courts, basketball courts, a sauna and gym, pools, and many shops close by. We hope to return again very soon.

Beautiful and clean condominium

It was a great stay! View was beautiful! Condo was good size and very cute! One thing I would encourage is to have boogie boards and beach chairs available for your guests as many of my friends who stayed in units had them available to them! Otherwise everything was great!

Perfectly Comfortable and Lovely!

Spent a week Aug 2022 at Tides 508 and loved every minute! The condo is well stocked, well decorated, current and so comfortable and clean. The wall of windows and huge patio were awesome and provided great views of the sunset. Getting to the beach from the unit is easy and the elevators were quick. It was great that there were luggage and grocery carts to haul up our things. It was quiet at night and we always felt safe. Walking the property is nice and I didn’t feel I needed to go to the gym. The beach had kayak and paddleboard rentals and we were able to park our boat at the TOPS’L maintenance building vs trying to find a marina. The pools were clean and well kept and the bar/restaurant food was really good for the 2 meals we had there. I definitely recommend and plan to make this my new go-to!

Awesome!
