The space
Our beautiful four bedroom apartment is located in one of Tel Aviv's most central areas. Walking distance to everything TLV has to offer. All luxury furnishings and fittings and 4m high ceilings. An architectural delight.

Hess 12 is on a quiet one-way street yet the bustle and fabulous energy of Tel Aviv is only half a block away. Our apartment is beautifully renovated by a very talented architect, blending the old and the new, creating spaces that are super modern, stylish and comfortable. The apartment is one of six in a heritage eclectic Tel Aviv building, designed by a famous architect in the 1920s. Many of the original features have been preserved. Four metre high ceilings provide abundant space, air and light. We just love the place and we're sure you will too!

Our apartment is located in Tel Aviv's Lev Ha'ir - meaning the heart of the city. And so it is - very centrally located, a short walk to the beach, the Carmel Market, Dizengoff Centre, Shenkin Street. A short stroll to some of the city's best restaurants, jazz clubs, shops and more. Also a short stroll to the beautiful Neve Tzedek and Kerem Hatemanin (the Yememite quarter).

There are plenty of buses and taxis available within half a block from the apartment

There are four bedrooms:

1/ Master bedroom with queen bed
2/ Bedroom 2 with single bed
3/ Bedroom 3 with double bed
4/ Bedroom 4 is a loft room above bedroom 3 and has a single bed.

We also have an excellent travel cot for babies or toddlers under 3 years of age (the travel cot is for use in the apartment only).

There are two bathrooms - en suite to the master bedroom and a main bathroom. Main bathroom has full size tub/shower; en suite has shower.
