Just beyond the warm glow of the living room fireplace, you can watch kids bundled up in overstuffed jackets as they toddle towards the slopes for ski school. During the summer months, the free Music on the Green takes place on the grass hill outside.

You'll love hearing the notes from a melancholy violin drifting up through your window while you admire Mt. Wilson from one of the multiple decks. In just mere steps, you have access to Lift 1, world-class dining, shopping, and outdoor adventure, and that's just in Mountain Village! Want to head into town for the authentic Telluride district? This historical gem is a short, free, and scenic gondola ride away.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disappointed

We loved the location and the rapid response and the willingness to make it right. But there were issues with clean sheets, windows and doors opening and closing properly, and dirty carpets. A little disappointed after reading previous reviews.

Great condo. Plenty of space and well stocked. Loved the location in the mountain with walking distance to the gondola which gave us access to the main part of town. Beautiful views.

Great condo in the heart of Mountain Village!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the location, close walk to everything, tons of natural light, and we especially liked the individual bed setup in the second and third bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again!!!

summer biking/rafting vacation with family

We had a great time staying at Blue Mesa in Mountain Village this summer. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a very convenient location. The Vacasa management was extremely helpful when I found that I had left some luggage at he property after getting home and unpacking. Highly recommended.

Very nice unit

All as pictured and described. Accommodated 5 adults plus 2 friends for one night. Well stocked, clean, comfortable. Note the futon, if you use it, is “hard as a rock” and fits one person. Communication with the property manager was poor. Got completely incorrect information about ability to park extra cars, and they (Vacasa) kept doubling down on incorrect info after we arrived. Ended up having to pay $$$ for parking. If we had correct info we would have planned the trip differently.

Great location for skiers! Comfortable for family stay!

Great location for skiers, well equipped kitchen - it was great to be able to use a crock pot to make a stew. Comfortable living room furniture to relax after skiing, Be aware of lots of stairs and three different codes you will have to keep track off (garage, building and the unit). Overall, thumbs up and would consider staying here again.

Incredible Stay

This property was amazing! The condo was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and the location wonderful. It was truly a ski-in / ski-out. We will definitely be back & I highly recommend.

Great family experience

House was clean and the location couldn’t be beat for skiing and boarding. Front door to residence is roughly 30 yards from the Chondola. All the appliances worked and had a great selection of wine and cocktail glasses. Location was also quiet and the beds comfortable. I would have appreciated better instructions for locating the condo as well as a lock for the ski locker. Fortunately, I had a lock in my truck that worked just fine. Building seemed relatively secure so wasn’t too worried about even putting a lock on the ski locker. Overall, my wife, kids and I would absolutely stay here again.

Vacasa Customer Service

The place interior is awesome along with the location. The only issues I had was with the management. 1. Hard to get a hold of someone 2. Once you got that rep on the phone, their tone was impolite and confused after you gave the long winded detail of your reservation information. 3. the codes to gain entry on the list was all incorrect. 4. More sufficient notes on was can be use or drink. There were alcohol on the counter and no note stated if we were to be charged or on the house. 5. No oil available if you wanted to cook
