Cozy 2-story apartment, a mere 5-minute walk from the blue-flagged beach Playa 88. The space
This beautiful and homy one-bedroom apartment is a two-level home, located in a house with just two apartments. This unit has its own entrance from the street and total privacy. There is an area to rinse off sandy feet after a day on the beach right outside the door. This cozy apartment has a huge, covered terrace with a large table, a hammock, and a couch and plenty of tropical plants. There is a smaller terrace as well. A large combined kitchen/living room area has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a closet with plenty of hangers, as well as a super comfy king size bed and AC for those warm tropical nights. There is also a beautiful bathroom. This house is a true home that guests keep coming back to.

Other things to note
Mexico in general is NOT quiet, and Playa del Carmen is no exception. It is common in this area to hear dogs barking, music, street vendors, construction noise, etc. It is usually quiet at night though, as there are no bars or night clubs nearby, but if there is occasional noise, please be aware that I won't be able to do anything about it.
