ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES TO BE AWARE OF:
No one likes rules...but we have a few requirements so that the home is in great shape for each guest:
-Please respect check-in and checkout times.
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
This is a private property, and the host reserves the right to access it at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property.

PET POLICY:
-Only 1 adult dog up to 30lbs considered. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or allowed on furniture
-Guests assume full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. The pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; the pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.

If pets are brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or have their reservation cancelled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:
Control their barking. If you have a loud dog, please never leave it alone in the home.
-Play is fun, but silence is golden - please be respectful of the neighbors.
-Pets must be kept on a leash while outside the home (this is a city ordinance), and dogs are not allowed on the beach. The city can ticket you for off-leash and having your animal on the beach.
-Always pick up after your dog.

YOU MUST ACKNOWLEDGE:
-Must climb stairs - Townhouse 3-story home and has steps inside the house.
-Security camera/recording device - Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed at the exterior of the home, a doorbell camera, and/or an alarm system for the house's and its occupants' safety. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
-Near the ocean, the home is two blocks from the beach.
-Heights without rails or protection -- House is not child-proofed.
