The view of the beach from the patio is especially stunning!

Located only 12 minutes from LAX, this 3 bedrooms condo is just a 3 minutes walk from the beach and the strand.
A 10 minutes walk or 3-minute drive will take you to downtown Manhattan Beach, where you can visit many of the unique boutique shops, as well as relax at the numerous restaurants and bars.

Other than lousy weather we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were great and having the cafe downstairs was a convenience. Fantastic location.

Perfect location, great layout

This was our second time staying in the apartment as the layout works very well for us and the location is perfect for walks/runs on the beach and walks to the local shopping and restaurants. We have all we need in the apartment for two people remote working and a teenager on school break.

Amazing View and Location

The home was beautiful and the amenities were top notch. The home has incredible views and the location was great. We were only a short walk to the heart of Manhattan Beach and on a few blocks from the sand. We had a great stay!

First LA experience

Directions and check in was complete and fairly easy to follow. The space was what I expected from the listing. Walking along the beach was enjoyable and we enjoyed both the pier in the morning and a dinner within walking distance. The only snafu was the heat seemed to be programmed to get pretty hot in the middle of the night and we had to turn it off

Loved it

The location of this property is in walking distance of the pier and all the shops and restaurants. We came to visit our kids and watch our son play hockey at LMU. It is my favorite place I have stayed in Manhattan beach. We would definitely come back!

Great Location

Great central location, view, parking and a comfortable space. Straight shot to Sofi Stadium. Owner was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and was helpful after checkout, as we left some items behind. First Vrbo experience, as we usually stay at high end hotel properties, but it was perfect for the occasion.

Fabulous location and unit - clean and well stocked except for toilet paper😢the deck/patio was the best part - we spent a lot of time out there as the view was spectacular. The street is somewhat busy but the noise was not an issue. Easy walking distance to downtown manhattan beach and beach

Great Stay!

Very attentive! The place was decorated great and had everything we needed! The fire pit wasn't working and they were out the next day to fix it! Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. Close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants. Great way to end our trip!

Family trip

Location was good — but be aware of noise from fast speeding cars on Highland. Jill was very responsive in communicating. Unit is a bit dated in bathrooms and slight odor in 2nd bathroom.
