Welcome to your dream vacation spot in the heart of Manhattan Beach where you can wake up to the soothing sound of the waves and gaze upon the vast Pacific Ocean from your private balcony. The unparalleled views from every window give a front-row seat to mesmerizing sunsets and sunrises that will leave you speechless. Located 200 feet from the sand with beach supplies and two bikes at your disposal, you can spend your days sunbathing, swimming, or exploring the coastline with family or friends.
This top-floor newly renovated condo offers an unforgettable coastal escape with views from Catalina Island to the Malibu Mountains. The unit provides comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to four guests (2 queen beds), with spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms and cozy linens to ensure a good night's rest. Each bedroom can utilize their own updated bathroom, ensuring comfort, privacy and convenience. The fully-equipped open-concept kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals from home, complete with modern applications, all the necessary cookware and glassware, a 6 seater dining table as well as 3 kitchen bar stools. On the private balcony, you will find a propane grill and a small table so you can dine alfresco. There is also an indoor gas fireplace if you want to snuggle up on the couch and get cozy on those breezy winter nights. With our high speed (1 Gig) WI-Fi and two smart TVs, you can comfortably work and stay connected from home during your stay.
This condo is ideally located steps to the sand, while also being a short walk to the charming downtown area. Discover a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, providing you with endless opportunities for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Take a leisurely stroll along the iconic Manhattan Beach Pier, rent a bike to cruise the scenic Strand, or enjoy the numerous water sports available nearby. You can also explore nearby attractions or spend a day in neighboring beach cities like Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica or Venice.
Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, a friends' retreat or somewhere to relax and lay your head on a work trip, this condo is the perfect beach escape.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-The smart TV allows you to access your favorite Streaming applications (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc).
-There is a queen size air mattress available with extra linens to sleep 2 additional people.
- There is no central AC, but you get a cool ocean breeze from windows and floor fans provided.
-On right side of garage, there is everything you need to go down to the beach for the day (beach chairs, umbrellas, kids beach toys, a beach tent, etc)
-Beach towels are located in the guest room, along with extra bath towels.
-Private Washer and Dryer in garage (please use set on left labeled 222)
-Linens and towels are provided as well as starter pack of toiletries, cleaning supplies and paper products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, all purpose cleaner, toilet paper, paper towels).
- You're provided all kitchen supplies to cook and eat/drink from home! (pots, skillets, Dutch oven, sauté pan, baking pans, cooking utensils, strainer, measuring cups and spoons, Tupperware and storage containers, can opener, plates, bowls, cups, stemless wine glasses, cutting boards, oven mitts, wine opener, blender, drip coffee machine and french press)
-On the balcony, there is a propane tank grill. Please clean after use and make sure the gas is turned off when you leave the property.
-Hair dryer available
-Iron and board available
-Vacuum available
-No smoking ANYWHERE on property.
-A pet has to be approved by property management. Please inquire.
-This unit allows for 3 free parking spots. Two compact tandem spots on RIGHT side in garage (or one SUV) then one parking spot in the drive way behind it. This is extremely rare in the area! Please keep in mind, the LEFT side of the garage is for the downstairs unit (this is the only shared space.)
