We allow pets and ask that you follow a few simple rules:
·Dog must be kenneled if left in the unit alone. Please bring your own kennel.
·No dogs on the furniture or bedding.
·Dog waste cleanup is the responsibility of the owner
·Dog must be kept on a leash at all times outside of the unit
·Dogs must be pre-approved. Please note them in your reservation request, there is an additional charge. You will need to fill out a pet form as well.

There is a maximum of 4 guests at this condo, a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room.

-If you book on VRBO/HomeAway or direct, we can not refund booking or processing fees, regardless of the CXL period.
