Updated Phase 2 Hideaway Valley Condo Nestled in the Woods

Quiet condo tucked in the back of the Hideaway Valley Association. Plenty of room for friends and family to make memories together. This end unit has two decks and backs to the Offield Viewlands. Bring the kids or grandkids because there is plenty of room to stretch out in this 4 bedroom, 3.5-bath condo with a walkout basement.

Hideaway Valley is surrounded by conservatory hiking trails and is located just 5 minutes from Harbor Springs, where the picture-perfect town awaits you. You can relax and stroll the shops or enjoy watching boats come into the harbor. Within10 minutes, enjoy historic Petoskey and Petoskey State Park. Petoskey has a charming Gaslight Shopping District and the State Park allows you to enjoy crystal clear waters and sand beaches. Or you can enjoy the bike ride along the miles of trials from city to city. Mackinaw Island is only 30 minutes away as well. With so much to do, what are you waiting for?

We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful condo! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need! The home made you feel at home. Mike was great with recommendations and also very responsive! We would love to stay here again if traveling to the UP! Wonderful downtown area with great restaurants and amazing views!

Perfect for family

We truly enjoyed the quiet and privacy. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. I would recommend to families. Plenty of room for everyone and close to the activities we enjoy while staying in northern Michigan.

We had a great stay at this newly renovated and updated condo. It’s perfectly placed to easily get to Petosky and Harbor Springs. I would definitely recommend for visitors Up North.

Great location for family fun

Super close to nubs knob, about 36 minutes from boyne mountain, we skied both. We spent one night at the recreation restaurant about 10 minutes away and played pool, pool, and arcade games it’s a great place. There are trails perfect for cross country skiing about a half mile from the condo that was the best part! The trails go through the woods and overlook lake Michigan with a spectacular view.

Quiet location with great access

We loved our long weekend at this location. It was wonderfully clean and well stocked. The back deck had a beautiful view to the woods and was a perfect pace to relax after a day of activities and sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Spacious and convenient

Had a comfortable stay with a total of 4 adults, 5 kids, and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for us all to have a bed. Property was clean and was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. There's a good selection of board games too. Community pool and rec area were convenient as well. Theres a full size basketball court, a tennis court, and 4 pickleball courts. Lack of a view is made up for with the spaciousness of the condo and the other ammenities.

Beautiful condo in the woods

We booked a family vacation with me, my three daughters (21,18 & 13), my mom and my sister-in-law(she from GA and has never been to MI before). This newly renovated condo was perfect for us. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep and there are plenty of bathrooms. It really felt like home away from home. And with the location so close to Petosky, Harbor Spring and about 35min from Mackinac City, there was so much to see and do. Michael and Kim are absolutely wonderful. They answered all our questions quickly and were super helpful with recommendations for places to eat and local attractions. We can’t wait to book again with them.

checkout experience

The overall property was good except for a broken toilet seat in an upstairs bathroom and it kept running. What our group of five all agreed on was the checkout list in the condo was in our view an issue. We were charged a clean up charge in the original cost yet we were asked to. Empty trash to an outside dumpster, was dishes, remove sheets from bed. Really , the reason we rent is to enjoy our vacation and not do chores. Heck I could stay home and do that. Or I could go to a hotel and not do anything. If you want guests to do this don't charge for clean up, up front. I will have to think about using VRBO again. Gerry

This was a lovely, peaceful location for our family gathering. Equidistant between harbor Springs and Petoskey put plenty of activities within easy reach. Disappointing that the pool was closed the whole three weeks of our stay. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We never lacked a thing.

Check in was very easy. Location between Harbor Springs and Petoskey was ideal. Petoskey State Park beach days were awesome. Kitchen had everything needed to cook for 8 people. There is a Keurig too which was nice. Hiking trails nearby were beautiful. Nice paths and uphill challenges. Definitely would stay again.

The best of harbor springs

The property was wonderful. Super clean. Wonderful serene location but close to both harbor springs and petoskey. The owner was super responsive .The kitchen was the most well stocked on I have stayed in in many years of renting places up north. Plenty of room.

This is our second condo at hideaway Valley. We sold our phase 1unit and purchased this phase 2 unit in 2022. We love skiing and purchased this condo, so we can spend the weekends in the winter doing our favorite family activity. During the Summer, we love the beaches, restaurants and activities the area has to offer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Hideaway Valley because of its great location between Harbor Springs, Petoskey and the ski hills. The Offield Viewlands offer beautiful hikes and some of the best sunsets can be seen by the old clubhouse.
