The condo is located within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, clothing stores and convenience stores. Sidewalks in place. Short drive to the Manasota Key Beaches, Marinas, Golf Courses and Shopping. Englewood is a quaint community that is known for Mom and Pop shops as opposed to franchise and big box stores.
Guests are free to use the home and community amenities. One interior closet is dedicated to the Owners as well as the lanai closet area.

Englewood remains a secret treasure where the beaches are not crowded and the area is not over run by big box stores. Quaint appeal. Great area for shelling and shark tooth hunting. The community has several charcoal grills throughout for use. Safe, secure and friendly community where neighbors become fast friends. Bring the tennis rackets, as the court is adjacent to your unit. The pool is spacious, welcoming and warm yar round. Great place to meet new people.
On site parking with one dedicated space and additional spaces for guests close. No fee for parking. Vehicle is needed, although you can walk to Publix or several dining establishments. Uber or Lyft are great for a night out.

Home is clean and sanitized between each guest. We will do our best to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation.
As part of the reservation process we send an email outlining the house and community rules. Please read through and acknowledge by e-signature.
Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021:
$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.
TO DO:
1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.
4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.
5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.
6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.
7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.
8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location
9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.
10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.
11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.
12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.
13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.
*Charges will incur as a result of lost or missing keys and/or remotes.
** We thank you in advance for your assistance. If all of the tasks are completed, the agreed-upon cleaning fee return will be initiated within 7 days.
