Please Note:
House Rules:
 Must be the age of at least 25 to book the property.
 No smoking, No Vaping, No pets, No partying.
 We are peaceful community here and would like to be respectful of our neighbors by keeping our noise levels to the minimum.
 Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
Number of Guests:
 Only the number of people mentioned in the reservation are allowed to stay at the home. Additional people coming over/day visitors must be disclosed by the guest & discussed/approved by the Host. Max capacity of the home is 8 and that includes little children. Temporary day visitors are welcome but total capacity cannot exceed 12.
 Only the person who booked the Airbnb will be allowed access. If there is someone else coming on your behalf, we will need their phone number, drivers license uploaded and informed at the time of the booking
 Security:
o There is 1 outside camera for our safety and security as well as the community at large – Front door.
o This is also an insurance requirement
o We also monitor our maintenance crews entry as well as exit, like pool, jacuzzi maintenance as well as landscaping
o Please do not tamper with cameras or move them

Parking :
 Parking is limited to just 2 cars on the driveway – the garages should not be used as it is used for storage
Pool:
a) The pool is heated only from Dec 1st to 31st of March. The Pool is meant to run with the heater together from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. It is set to 86 degrees.
b) We do not guarantee specific temperature for the pool as it is dependent on ambient temperatures and the ability of the heat pump to provide heat.
c) Please follow all pool rules that are posted there
d) Please shower before entering the pool
Barbeque Grill:
a) All safety precautions need to be adhered to while using the BBQ grill
b) BBQ has to be left clean and the regulator shut off after use
c) Please clean after every use

Visit to the Beach:
c) All beach chairs and equipment should be cleaned and returned to the house – there are 2 hoses outside the house
d) Please do not bring sand into the pool, and into the house – extra cleaning charges of $200 will apply if the house is found sandy

WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR POOL, HOT TUB AND Other AMENITIES like BBQ Grill:

1. Agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the Pool or hot tub.

2. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub

3. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $150. Damage to the hot tub cover will result in a $400 charge. Cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use.

4. Guest agrees that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner.

5. Guest understands that there are special health risks that may be involved in using the hot tub, as well as safety risks using other areas of the Villa (barbeque, Fire Pit). In particular, they and family members staying understand that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised as well as danger to any person using the hot tub if a person has health risks, is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or if pregnant. The hot tub should be kept at a temperature that is less than 102 for personal safety.

6. Guest agrees to explain the risks of using the amenities and hot tub to any guests at the Villa and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries his or her guests may incur. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that he or she will assume all responsibility for his or herself and their guests for the consequences of those risks.

7. Jacuzzis are cleaned between each turnover to best of our ability, chemicals added and we keep it maintained

TO Tenants Of: (StarFish Villa @ Englewood)

I wish to swim in the pool & use the fireplaces of this home during the length of my stay. By swimming in the pool, BBQ grill or using the firepit of this home, I recognize and fully understand certain things, including:

• At no time is a lifeguard on duty, you the renter, or more commonly known as an “Airbnb/Vacation Guest” is responsible for the safe operation of the pool and responsible for all persons using the pool, jacuzzi and firepit during your stay.

• My use of the pool facilities & firepit and other amenities during my stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool, Grill. Jacuzzi equipment.
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area or firepit.
3. The risk of injuries, burnings resulting from unsupervised small children, divers or swimmers colliding
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool, jacuzzi or firepit.
