Just steps away from the white sands and emerald-green waters of beautiful Gulf Shores. This Gulf-front 2BR/2BA condo has everything you need for a beach vacation! Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling beach-view pool or sear up your local catch on the charcoal grill. Walk with ease to local dining and the fishing pier. Relax with a favorite book and a crisp drink on the breezy wraparound balcony. You’ll love this perfect beachfront location! Note: Construction will be being conducted at the complex beginning Feb 10 and may continue through Memorial Day (est and weather permitting). Work may be noisy at times (workers will begin at 9:00 am) and will include grinding and hammering. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The condo is clearly old and needs a lot of TLC and updating.Elevator was not working several of our days there, luckily we were on the 1st floor and only had to climb one flight of stairs.Carpet is old and in dire need of replacement. (Carpet not a good choice for a beach house)

Not very impressed

The property was not very clean. It was old and outdated. No one even offered to bring us towels while we’re were there 4 nights. There was someone else’s nail in the floor and clothes left in dresser drawer. The BB owners didn’t say in their advertisement but they don’t allow smoking even on the balcony. Which is a bit much.Also the washer didn’t work properly and the refrigerator light wasn’t working.

Summer vacation

loved the location. The walk on beach access and pool were a great asset to our stay. The stop light at the drive made it very easy to get in and out of the busy traffic. would recommend it to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay…would recommend.

Condo was nice, clean, and roomy. Had issue with front door lock not working and cable was out for our last three nights :( Overall everything went well and would recommend.

Great place

Location was good, condo was newly remodeled. The carts to bring up groceries and such weren’t the best or easiest to maneuver but got the job done. Elevator is slow, I hope maintenance is working on that. All in all, great stay

2023 Family vacation

Stay was awesome! Condo was clean! Right on ocean with a good view!! Towels are small tho so we went and got our own. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next vacation

Nice unit for the money.

The location was great and easily accessible. My oldest son is wheelchair bound so it was a little difficult getting him to the beach but we did it. Getting into the room was easy with his chair but he was unable to use the chair in the unit. Still not a big deal. I was pleased with the price and location. I would rent again.

It is an older room that needs to be updated. The beds are very hard pillows really sucked really could buy new pillows. The towels need to be replaced with bigger ones. The cleaning lady asked us not to make a mess.

Great Family Condo

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was as described and like the photos show, providing a bit more room in the bedrooms than I had anticipated. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and functional as well. The furniture was dated but extremely comfortable in the living space, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The double Queen room is great for a family to share. The hall bath was pretty small, but nothing unmanageable. The condo was mostly clean but did have some food debris on the floors when we arrived. I found a vacuum in the bedroom closet and gave it a quick sweep and all was fine. It was super easy access to the beach, and the pool was good for a cool down after a hot day in the sun! Thank you for sharing your place! We would love to return some time!

Great family trip

We had a great time on our trip! A few things, when we checked in, it was a breeze! The owner even let us check in a little early because it was ready and we were exhausted! Communication was excellent. The condo is older and definitely needs some repairs and updates, I read about the beds being uncomfortable in other reviews, and they weren’t luxury by any means but we were so exhausted every night that we slept just fine! The pool was closed when we arrived due to a malfunctioning pump, and while they were on top of getting it repaired, it was green and slimy up until the day we left. No fault to the owner, that’s just the way it goes sometimes. The area was nice, but we did notice that it catered to more of a party crowd. We never felt uncomfortable at any point, just something we noticed compared to other areas we’ve stayed. Overall it was a nice condo, and affordable! We would stay here again!
