Cute place with a fantastic view

The location of this property couldn't be beat! Just a quick cross of the street and you are on the beach, The place was well-equipped with linens, towels, beach toys and the rest. We could have used more toiletries for 3 nights of a family of 6, but it didn't get in the way of our fun.

Condo was beautiful and clean.

It looked like it would have everything you would need (we did not cook anything at all during our stay). The only negative thing I can say was that the bedroom TV would only get one channel, we could not figure out how to work it. Beautiful views of the gulf and a home like feel.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had everything needed for daily living and meals. Location was quiet and not touristy. Beech was beautiful and very nice views from the balcony. Would recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet without the tourists.

Easy access to beach!

Had a great stay at The Club, the condo is beautiful. We spent alot of time on the balcony. But we enjoyed the short walk across the street on a nice boardwalk and was in the soft sand. No having a heat stroke carting coolers ect. To beach.

Good views and easy beach access

The unit had nice views of the water and beautiful sunsets. There was easy access to the beach across the road. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have issues with the internet service because we like to stream our tv shows. We enjoyed all the great restaurants in St Joe Beach and Port St Joe but the time zone change to/from Mexico Beach was troublesome over the course of a month. Overall we had a nice stay.

Pick this property for fantastic views of the beach.

Loved it had a cart to put all my things on and roll to the elevator. Property was spot-on clean. Loved the floor plan, and especially liked the island in the kitchen. Will definitely book this property again.

Great getaway

Staying in this home was great for a quick getaway. The location is excellent for not being beachfront. It was a quick walk across the street to access the boardwalk to the beach. While there is a main road in front of the property there was no road noise due to the heavy doors/windows. In addition there was no noise in the condo from neighbors as well, even from the pool area, making it feel like we were there alone. Everything was as described in the listing. Be prepared to bring your own beach amenities like chairs, tents, toys, etc. These were not listed as being available at the rental so we were prepared but have been to other locations where these things were provided even if they weren't listed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes,cookware, etc. Overall a pleasant experience and a good location for our beach getaway.

Great location

This was a well equipped condo in a great location. The furnishing and finishes were very nice, and the condo was very clean. The main bedroom had a big shower and small private balcony nook. Full kitchen open to living and dining room is great for family time. Our favorite thing was the balcony off the living area. We spent mornings drinking coffee and watching the waves roll in, and evenings with a perfect view of the most beautiful sunsets over the ocean. It was an easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Very enjoyable stay!

Mexico Beach at The Club 3L

Great condo! Could've been cleaner though. There was visible thick dust on sofa table and end tables, books/magazines were covered in dust! The AC went out on day 3 or 4 of our stay. We had to wait for Vacasa to send someone out to fix it. We waited about 3 hours until they showed up and then it took them about 2 hours to fix it! So we wasted half a day on that. But finally it was cool again!! Location of this condo is great! Just a short walk across the street through wooded decking walkway to the non-crowded beach!! Everyone we met at The Club condos were really nice people. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I would say overall, this condo was nice, location was nice, and food trucks were AMAZING!!

Very pleasant stay

The condo looked better and cleaner in person than in photos. The only things we could say were an issue, were the couches; both are badly broken down in the seat areas. we had to place pillows in places, so we could set more level. also, there were light bulbs burnt out in lamps, over the stove cooking surface and oven light and the bedroom ceiling light. These we consider minor and we loved the condo and the view from the balcony. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Sticky, dusty floors that turned our feet black

Because of the positive reviews on cleanliness, we decided on this location. We were so disappointed. Basic levels of cleanliness are all we expected, but the floors were distractingly gross. The rugs were also all stained, with dust and sediment all over them. Every time someone got onto a white bed, the blackness of our feet or socks, and the dust accumulated on them was made very obvious. Really gross. Everything else was fine, but it was terrible to feel like we were in such an unclean environment on our vacation.

Cable television was not available in living room only streaming. It was however available in master bedroom. Kurig coffee maker didn’t work. Could have used some beach chairs

Mixed Review

The accommodations were nice, clean and comfortable. The pool at the facility was larger than it appears in the online picture. The beach is a short walk across the road. There were a few disappointing items: 1. The patio door would not lock. The metal plate was worn and needed replaced (easy fix). I texted Vacasa twice about this. Both times they said someone would contact me to arrange a time to stop by. No one ever contacted us. Fortunately, we were on the 3rd floor and the only people who would be able to get into the room through the patio door would be people staying immediately next door (low risk, but still….). But it tells me that if our priorities and concerns don’t align with theirs, then we are on our own. If you stay here, bring a couple of “short” broom sticks to put on either side of the sliding patio doors to prevent anyone opening them. 2. As a friendly courtesy I mentioned to Vacasa that their HVAC filter was very dirty and they might want to change it soon. They said someone would contact us to arrange a time to stop by. We noticed later that someone had come into our place unannounced without us there and changed the filter. No good deed goes unpunished… I don’t appreciate the lack of communication. They didn’t even leave a note saying they were there. I only know they were there because the filter was new. You might want to bring a nanny camera or something if you stay here (patio door doesn’t lock and people can come in whenever they feel like it). There is also no chain lock on the door, just the primary lock that only requires the PIN number to open. 3. Some of the spoons were damaged by previous tenants by the garbage disposal. I know it’s easy to overlook, but the cleaning personnel should be checking for this. The spoons were sharp enough to cut your lip. What if a family let a small child use the spoons without realizing they were dangerous? Overall a good stay, but these three things definitely bothered us a bit. Hopefully knowing these things ahead of time will help you make adjustments so you’ll feel more comfortable during your stay.
