Ready for a family beach vacation? Look no further, "Sea-chele" (formally known as Parks Place) offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep 9 people! With gulf views, this newly renovated townhome gives you the quaint coastal vibes, beautifully decorated with modern amenities, and just a short walk to the sugary white sandy beaches of Mexico Beach!
The laid-back atmosphere of the Forgotten Coast has so much to offer, world-class fishing, miles and miles of beaches to explore, local shops and eateries, and we can't forget about those breathtaking SUNSETS! It is time to rediscover this small, family-friendly community, nestled between St. Joe Beach and Panama City Beach offering breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and long, relaxing days on the pristine, uncrowded beaches.
Need more space? "Shore Beats Work" is located in Unit B next door and has 2BD/2.5BA, sleeps 9.

Approximately 500 feet away from this coastal home, you'll find yourself at the pristine blue water of the Gulf of Mexico with miles and miles of sugar white sand. Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sun-bathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you'll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Less than five minutes away is St Joe Beach where pets and bonfires are welcome! For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner.
Parking: One vehicle may be parked in the carport. A second vehicle may be parked right in front of the carport.
Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.
Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.
Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year.
Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.
Security cameras: N/A
Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.
Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.
Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area.
