Surfside Oceanfront Condo— Luxury Unit / Top Floor

Escape to this fully renovated, luxury two bedroom condo in the popular oceanfront Surfside Condo Complex. Enjoy the stunning peak-a-boo views of the ocean and the Mexico Beach community from the top floor balcony! There are no busy roads to cross, as this condo is directly on the beach!

This two bedroom, two full-bath unit, was just recently updated with new furnishings. A king bed in the master, a twin-over-full bunk in the second bedroom, and a sleep sofa provide ample sleeping arrangements for five comfortably, but more if children. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with a pantry for groceries. A stackable washer and dryer are located within the unit for your convenience. All new Roku TVs provide the option of cable, but also allow login capabilities to keep up with all your favorite shows.

It is located within walking distance to Mango Marley’s, Shell Shack, and the Mexico Beach Marina. The wide beach is just downstairs and allows for a well-deserved break from all the hustle and bustle, however Panama City is about 45 mins away. Port St. Joe is about 15 minutes away, and Callaway is about 20 minutes, making the location accessible to all you would need.

A small dip pool is also located right on the beach and is a perfect place to splash with young children. Covered parking is also available under the condo complex.

This unit is a non-smoking, not pet friendly unit.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

This unit is on the top floor and is accessible via stairs or elevator.

A signed rental agreement is required to confirm booking. Please review this agreement before booking.

Please remember that Mexico Beach is still rebuilding after Hurricane Michael and local construction is continuing throughout the area.

Condo is located right next to the beach. Limited view of the ocean but still a great location. Very clean and cozy. Small pool onsite as well.

Excellent stay! Need to add spoons to your silverware. Refrigerator smelled like fish. We added two boxes of baking soda which helped.

This condo was very accommodating as far as supplies and the location is excellent..Kacie is easy to talk to and easily contacted...my husband and daughter and I would definitely return to this lovely unit.

It was perfect for me, my husband, and 2 kids. The kitchen was stocked great. Loved the proximity to the beach. The beds were comfy! The pool was tiny but my 8 year old thought it was perfect for just him. It was a WIN WIN for us!

Surfside

Amazed location- just steps to the white sands! The unit was beautiful, well stocked with amenities. The living area was smaller than we thought and didn’t sit 4 people comfortably. The bathrooms were great and beds slept well. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful, just as it was pictured! It was also very clean and within steps to the beach. This was our first time to Mexico Beach and it was so nice and peaceful which is exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend this place to anyone and will hopefully be back myself!

We love Surfside! ! Stayed there during hurricane Michael and sadly, had to evacuate. We love Surfside 14 and will definitely try to return !!!! Kacie was amazing !!

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay in Surfside 14. The condo was nice and clean. Kitchen contained all the basics that most would need for cooking. So glad that Mexico Beach is rebuilding and we were able to return!

PERFECT BEACH PLACE!

this property was perfect, extremely well stocked, and convenient. A 1 minute (or less) walk to the beach, an elevator, an elevator cart, a large porch with ocean view and lots of chairs -- a coffee maker that works for regular coffee or k-cups, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Easy check out with just garbage removal and dishwasher start. We highly recommend!!

No High Rises!

Beautifully decorated home, supplies were all there. Beach was not crowded, no high rises around! Kacie is a very good host. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great time!

Great condo. Great location. Only thing I would add would be instead of a random 10 digit door code that’s hard to remember and unique for each reservation you might make the door code the guest’s phone number so it’s easy to remember. Also a clean towel bucket to store beach towels and some towel hooks by the front door. Just some ideas.

Very clean!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean. I was grateful for the 2 beach chairs supplied inside the condo. When you come down the elevator, you’re right at your car & beach access is right there. After leaving the beach we would put chairs, boogie boards, etc…right in my car to avoid taking them (& extra sand) back to the condo each day. Great setup!

Beautiful condo on a gorgeous beach

Spring break trip for myself, my 21 year old daughter and her best friend. We are beach lovers who just wanted a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting and that’s exactly what we got. The condo was perfectly sized, clean, and stocked with just what we needed. We dined in 3 of our 6 nights and had all the utensils we needed. Most of the restaurants are a 15-30 minute drive (which was fine with us but may be bothersome to others). Crazy Beach pizza is close and very good. We ventured out to Shipwreck Raw Bar and Cat 5 Raw Bar (Port St Joe, I believe). Both were good but a bit pricey. Caribbean Coffee was a cute (close) beach cafe with lots of choices for breakfast/lunch. Our favorite restaurant was the View on Old 98. Not really much more expensive than the raw bars we visited and the service and food were outstanding. The restaurant itself was beautiful as well. Kacie was super responsive the few times we had questions. Check in was a breeze. We loved being right next to the elevator. Loading and loading were a piece of cake with the carts provided. We primarily loved being so close to the beach. I’ve visited many condos on many beaches and this is definitely at the top of my list. The beach was also very quiet and clean. Cannot wait to return!
