This inviting studio is very charming and nicely decorated with many upgrades! This sweet beach style beach home is colorful and artfully pleasing to the eye.
This is your top floor "Get away" vacation home offering stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is the best beachfront spot in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach. Situated on the majestic Coconut coast of Kaua'i, this studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar. This is a great location on the majestic Island of Kaua'i. Discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance from The Islander on the Beach. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails. There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot.
Experience the essence of Kaua'i tropical beauty in spectacular Unit #328. This quiet, top-floor, sun and moon rise facing oceanfront unit has been carefully customized to be your home away from home. Its lanai offers exciting views of humpback whales in winter, and sleepy monk seals resting on the beach in spring and summer. Perfect for your honeymoon getaway or Garden Isle dream vacation, this unit is ideally situated away from the busy pool area for optimal privacy.
The ideal spot for couples, friends and solo travelers alike, you will love this beachfront Hawaiian paradise. Spend the evening outdoors on the lanai, or at the Tiki Hut Bar as you watch the sky change colors and the palms sway in the famous trade winds. Enjoy the tropical plantation ambiance we offer. Poolside BBQs available.
Unit 328 includes: Free wireless internet (WiFi); flat screen Smart TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); coffee maker; undercounter fridge (there are ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Suite 328. You will delight in the tropical ambiance of this resort and that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha! Spend carefree days exploring the mystical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous luau at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of Suite 328 and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean.
Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
If you think there is a chance you will have to cancel your trip, please consider purchasing trip insurance from the company we recommend (Yonder Insurance) and mention Kauai Vision Rentals sent you. Yonder gives back with every travel insurance policy sold and was started with a social mission in mind. "We will feed a hungry child for a week with every policy purchased." Providing meals for kids in Nepal and Burma. As Yonder grows more meals are provided to these remote places.
Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
