Located on a small bluff overlooking the expansive white sand beaches of Wailua Bay, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Wailua Bay view condo rental is truly a haven tucked along the sea. Strolls on the beach, colorful sunrises and romantic moon rises over the ocean are right on your front doorstep from Wailua Bay 305. With a large grove of towering palm trees hemmed up against the building on one side, the ocean in front, and the mountains behind, this unit is surrounded by natural beauty.

Wailua Bay 305 is light and bright, with the use of white and wood tones to set a clean, beachy feel. The spacious open concept great room is welcoming, with tropical touches in the furniture and décor. You will immediately be drawn to the wall of glass windows and doors, where the ocean seems to spread out right beneath you. Unobstructed views of Wailua Bay's crystal clear aqua blue waters make this a stunning oceanfront location. Enjoy tropical cocktails from the table on the lanai as you soak in the views.

The views are equally as stunning from the comfortable living room, where you'll find a comfortable sofa on which to relax. Stay connected and entertained throughout your stay with free Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV. Enjoy vacation activities on your own schedule with the freedom of your own full kitchen on hand. The kitchen offers full-sized white appliances, as well as cookware and tableware for ease of meal preparation. In addition to the table on the lanai, the adjacent dining area offers a spacious dining table with seating for four, situated by the glass doors for a meal with a view. It's also easy to simply pull up a stool to the kitchen peninsula for a quick snack, where there's seating for two. A ceiling fan in the living room keeps coastal breezes circulating well throughout this open concept unit.

At the end of the day, climb into the king bed located in the private bedroom, outfitted with quality linens and a tropical traditional style Hawaiian quilt. The windows in the bedroom look out over the back of the building, where you'll see lush greenery and distant mountains. Make yourself at home in the master, where there's plenty of space to unpack in the dresser and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV provides evening entertainment. Though many guests find the ocean breezes keep the condo comfortable, an air conditioning unit is also located in the bedroom to ensure maximum comfort for your good night's sleep.

The bathroom in this Wailua Bay view condo rental is light and bright and has been recently updated. The vanity offers plenty of space for spreading out toiletries, and fluffy bath towels are provided. The glass and tile shower offers white and stone tile and a sliding glass door. There is also a stackable washer and dryer located in the bathroom, making it easy to pack light and ensure your favorite outfits are ready to be worn.

Great ocean view, friendly staff and clean space with amazing beach access. Also, nice interior design. Only very minor issue was traffic noise off of Kuhio Highway but white noise of AC unit at night makes this pretty much a non issue.

The house view was beautiful. To be able to eat breakfast and hear the waves was amazing. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need
bottle opener, cheese grater etc. Washer and dryer ran easily and there was even a few pods so you’re able to do laundry. So close to everything being so close to the Cocount Marketplace was so convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

We'd stay here again if we ever come back

The place is just what we needed. We enjoyed our stay. It has a beautiful view. It's right off main road along beach, but the crashing waves drown out the traffic. Good location - easy access to everything. Not everything is up to date, but it was nice and had all the conveniences & amenities, all in working order. AC in bedroom cools the room well. Living areas have fans only (including portable fan stored in closet). We opened windows for cross breeze and ran the fans and were comfortable (in May). Seems common in Hawaii. We did stay in room much since we were busy exploring, hiking, boating, dining out, etc., so we didn't use everything in the room. The island is beautiful and well worth the cost to vacation there.Thank you!

Overall the condo was nice, clean and as described inside. However, we didn’t realize it right next to a noisy road. It might have been mentioned in the description, but I can’t remember. We did enjoy the view and listening to the waves.

Located well for our plans, the place was very clean bed was comfortable. The only noise we had was waves and occasional EMS vehicles going by..not a problem. A/C is only in the bedroom which was ok for our temps there.Homeless, semi problem hanging out in parking area below the lanai and further down the beach. Only saw a couple drug deals and one fight between a male and female homeless couple.Great food and craft beer at Napoli Brewery across the street Best Fish/Chips I've ever had. BV's in Coconut Market Place also close Great Pizza .Ohana Fishing Charters if you want an Awesome Captain and mate,Brought home plenty for a few days there..Besides that have a Great time .And Yes I would stay here again.

Picture is misleading as it cuts out the major highway next to beach. Noise level very high from cars and AC unit was equally as noisy. Abandoned building just to right of balcony did not add to eye appeal

Perfect for us!

Unit was clean, comfortable, well-kept, had all amenities for: cooking, laundry, beach-faring, plus AC in bedroom (though we didn’t need it.)Pool is well-maintained, has tables, lawn chairs, a shower, and restrooms which is very convenient with a 3rd story unit.View from the Lanai was great and overlooks Wailua beach which is mere steps away. This beach is great for sunrise/sunset strolls, sunbathing and quick cool-off dips, but not recommended for swimming. (Not to worry! There are others very close by!)The building has very friendly and helpful staff who were a pleasure to converse with and full of recommendations. It is also in a great location. (While it does sit right on the highway and as a result comes with some light traffic noise, it was by no means overwhelming or obnoxious. The highway parallels the coast, so any waterfront property will come with this as a caveat.)There is a brewery and a bakery right across the street, a market and ABC store within a two minute walk, and a Safeway for groceries/beverages a four minute drive North.Kealia Beach, our favorite in the area, is white sandy beaches, huge, with ample public parking, restrooms, and has great surf for boogie boarding if you choose, or just walk a few hundred feet to the North end of the beach and it mellows out in the shelter of the seawall. Perfect for casual bobbing about!Overall we loved this unit and are already planning our next trip to the island with hopes this unit is available!

This was an amazing place to stay. Very clean other than the carpet under the bed really needed some vacuuming and there was a black hair on the sheets (I'm blonde). Other than that, spotless and very clean! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Exploring the Entire Island!

Pros: - Bay view, trade breezes, and wave sounds from lanai. - Sunrises from small back yard of resort. - Central, east "Coconut" coast location; an hour or less to any destination on the island. 12 minutes to airport. - Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, Lydgate Beach Park, Ke Ala Hele Makalae trail, hiking, Wailua River & Falls. - Well-equipped unit, including kitchen, bathroom, and beach needs (towels, umbrella, snorkeling). - Nice, uncrowded swimming pool. Cons: - Air conditioning in only the bedroom, but trade breezes compensate beautifully. - On the edge of urban area (with busy gas station off busy main thoroughfare and people occasionally congregating nearby). - Before knowing it was the old, iconic Seashell Restaurant, the abandoned property next door was a concern. After researching, this became an interesting highlight!

Central location, 'almost' paradise

The location is great if you plan to visit all of the island. It will not be more than an hour drive to get to either the northern or southern end, with most points of interest a short drive or walk away. This location is off a main highway with a bridge under construction, there is a lot of driftwood on the beach, and some harmless, but often loud semi-homeless folks occupy part of the beach. One of the main reasons this location was selected was because of the view and easy access to the beach, so the reality was a little disappointing. That said, we did spend time on the beach, and felt completely safe.

This property is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is very close to the highway and the noise was more than I expected. With that being said though, I would most definitely stay here again. It was clean. The view was amazing. The pool area was beautifully maintained. I had an issue with the hair dryer but it was quickly taken care of. Great customer service!

Great View, Great Location

Property looks right over the ocean and the beach is right next to the complex. Also very easy to walk to the mall nearby. The noise was a small issue as the windows don't fully sealed but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

First time staying on East shore. Location was nice. Easy walk to food & stores. Very clean condo & property with everything we needed. Street was noisy but soon became white noise. Loved the view & pool. Lydgate Park was a favorite & very close.
