COVID-19 -
During this time of the pandemic, anyone needing to cancel a reservation because of Government Travel Restrictions, Quarantines, Flight Cancellations, and pre-travel positive test (medically documented by the testing agency) directly related to COVID-19 will be given a 100% regardless of the standard cancellation policy. Cancellations for any other reason will be held to our standard cancellation policy.

Also, Our unit is thoroughly cleaned between each guest, ALL linens and towels are changed out with freshly cleaned linens, All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant, and we have installed a wall mounted hand sanitizer dispenser on the interior near the entry door. This dispenser will be filled between each guest.

To our Wailua Bay View Condo, Unit 106, located on the East shore of Kauai in Coconut Coast town of Kapa’a. Spectacular panoramic ocean views of the expansive sandy beach of Wailua Bay awaits you.

Our 740 Sq Ft. fully equipped ground floor condo features a spacious one bedroom and one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue area, a comfortable living area and on the top of the list, a lanai that affords you with a million dollar view. Our smoke free, air conditioned (bedroom) and (living room) condo accommodates up to four people with a king size bedroom bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a totally SMOKE FREE complex. Beginning January 1, 2019, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

The condo is centrally located, only a 10 minute drive from the Lihue airport and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and various activities such hiking, kayaking, bicycling, swimming, and sunbathing and even a highly rated Luau. The location is conducive to sightseeing actives on the north and south sides of the island. Drive north towards Princeville and Hanalei to experience the lush back country of Kauai and the Napali Coast or head south towards Poipu and experience the amazing Waimea Canyon, the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific”.

We highly recommend that that you secure your rental car reservation PRIOR to booking this unit. This summer there appears to be a shortage of rental cars available in the islands. Failure to be able to secure a rental car DOES NOT qualify as an exception to our standard cancellation policy.

Awesome Location and views!

Amazing condo with great views - central to Kauai. The host made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay! Bed was very confortable and unit had many storage spaces, kitchen was well furnished with cooking supplies.Washer and dryer was very useful after being away from home for awhile.Would recommend staying at this place for anyone who want to be centrally located on Kauai!

Great stay!

My husband and I loved staying at this property! The view from the back porch is truly incredibly, and the condo was very comfortable. Well stocked, really nice shower and comfy bed. The location was central and convenient. My only complaint is that it is on a very busy road that you can hear from the bedroom, but other than that it was perfect.

A little slice of paradise...

Such a beautiful spot! A great location with easy access to all that Kauai has to offer. The apartment was really well equipped, David was fantastic to deal with and everything was as easy as you could wish for. We thoroughly enjoyed our mornings looking out over the ocean, drinking coffee, talking to the chickens. Equally we enjoyed the short walk across the street in the evenings to have a refreshing beer and live music at Napali Brewing. Sadly, as with all good things, our stay had to come to an end but I'm sure we'll be back!

Great stay

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, accurately described, and had a great view. It was a bonus that beach towels and other beach equipment were provided. It was very convenient to many areas and within walking distance to restaurants and beaches.

Great condo, great location

This condo was perfect for our five-night stay in Kauai. Due to the central location, we were able to travel to the north and south shores without spending too much time driving. The condo was very clean, and had everything we could need. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Absolutely Amazing!

As impressive as the views look on here, pictures can't do them justice. The view from this condo is spectacular. David was a great host and communicated with us very well. The location of this property is perfect, close to anything you want to do on Kauai. Not to mention its right across the street from an amazing bakery. I honestly can't think of anything that could have been better about our stay. It was a perfect vacation!!

Slice of tranquility

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Yes, it is close to the road, but the waves on the shore drowned out everything else. The condo is well appointed and the property manager was always available to help with any issues that did arise. We enjoyed our stay at this piece of paradise and can't wait to go back!

Great location, place just needs a little TLC

Beautiful location, right on the water. Very clean but is due for a little TLC. The deck furniture is great, but is due for replacement. The supplied beach accessories are great, love the Tommy B chairs. Glass wear is tired and mismatched, silverware much the same (there were only 3 regular kitchen knives). No issues with the bathroom or bedroom. Facility and grounds are great, same with the resident chickens (very entertaining to watch). We would stay here again.

Great location on Kauai

David's condo was a perfect sport for us to explore the island. We headed north on some days and south on other days. It is a great spot for exploring Sleeping Giant State Park.

We had a very comfortable stay

We enjoyed a comfortable stay that included an excellent view of the ocean from the lanai. The place is well stocked with start up supplies (soap, etc). Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed and pillow selection. Multiple hooks for towels, a cozy recliner, great WiFi and beach supplies. It also has a pretty pool area with a grill. It’s an older unit and it is not directly on the beach. The ocean near the unit has rough waves but we were able to make a short drive to Lydgate beach and use the beach there. All in all we found the place to be enjoyable and comfortable.

Holiday

Owner was nice , he accidentally double booked his condo but quickly resolved it with booking another room . We appreciate it lots ! Housekeeper seemed a little annoyed . But overall we had a lovely time and the view was well worth it :)

Kauai Vacation

The stay was wonderful and a nice proximity to everything. The bay front view was amazing and perfect spot for morning coffee to eating carry-out with the ocean view. On rainy mornings, we could still be out on the balcony relaxing and enjoying the view while being out of the rain. We frequented Passion Bakery with the amazing malsadas, sticky buns and egg sandwiches to Coconut Market for shopping and enjoyment of their Thai Food and delicious Hawaiian Pizza from Bobby V’s. Chicken in a Barrel was also a great spot for take out. Also in walking distance was Rainbow Kayaking Adventures where we were shuttled and paddles/hiked up to Secret Falls. Lava Lava Beach Club had a great ocean view as a beach front restaurant with tasty Poke Nachos and drinks. Smith Luau was super close too and very enjoyable. The condos were quiet and comfortable, everything one would need for a vacation for rest and relaxation. Thank you!

Very comfortable condo with a great view

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is very comfortable with lovely furnishings and had all the amenities we needed including beach gear. Great ocean view from the lanai and we could walk straight out the door to the pool and bbq area. An easy walk to the Coconut Grove shopping complex and a quick drive to Safeway. The location of the condo is perfect for driving north or south for exploring. David was excellent at communicating and making sure we had all the info we needed for a great time. As well, Mark the onsite manager was friendly and helpful. Although the complex is somewhat close to the hwy, for the most part the sound of the surf and wind in the trees. muffled any of the traffic noise. We hardly ate out during our week at the condo because we had all the kitchen essentials and so enjoyed dining on the lanai. A big Mahalo to David for making our first ever stay on Kauai a great one.
