Set on a large, riverfront lot located less than 20 miles from downtown Chelan, this unique, luxury home is sure to be the highlight of your next vacation in the heart of the great state of Washington!

The top floor of this home boasts an open floor plan with a well-equipped island kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances and a sunlit living area beneath a vaulted ceiling with a large sectional and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. While river and mountain views can be enjoyed from inside, rolling up the huge bay door expands the space out to the furnished deck complete with a gas grill. Two of the four bedrooms can also be found on this level along with a laundry room with your own private washer/dryer.

On the lower level, you'll find a spacious garage game room outfitted with a Pop-A-Shot basketball game and foosball, as well as two additional bedrooms.

And when you want to get out on the water, this home shares a dock with a neighbor allowing you to tie off your own boat or cast a line and fish for salmon, walleye, and bass.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are two surveillance cameras point on the front of home, pointed at the driveway and front door. A Ring doorbell camera is also located at the front door. A 3rd surveillance camera is located over the deck on the backside of home, pointed at deck and lawn.

Dock details: Shared dock with the neighbor. Guests may tie your boat to the dock (No boat lift access).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
